At 8pm my husband and I arrived at RW&CO. (the mall closed at 9pm).. he needed a full a suit... for the next day. Yvette was an absolute DREAM. She found him a suit that fit him perfectly. She helped us pick out a shirt, tie, pocket square and belt. AND everything was on sale. The entire ensemble for less than the original cost of the suit jacket! Perfect experience start to finish. We can't thank Yvette enough for her help!

Culturally insensitive and ignorant employee (middle aged woman, kinda brownish hair, medium length). I went to return an item for store credit a few days ago. The employee asked for my name during the return process and the employee says to me how that wasn't the name she was expecting me to say. I just brushed it off at the time, but your staff member needs to realize that this is not an appropriate way to address someone. It was clear to me that her meaning was that she couldn't believe a brown person would have a relatively 'white' name. It is very similar to someone saying, 'Oh, I didn't expect you to sound like that.'Oh, and if she is wondering, yes, Robert Paul is the name I was born with in Canada, not something I changed afterwards. I guess this was too much to process for her small town, Regina mind. Besides that her service was fine, but this level of ignorance is not acceptable. If this is what she's thinking, she should just keep her mouth shut next time. I will not be using the credit at this store.

Close look nice but ALWAYS shrink like crazy immediately. You would think that clothes that are expensive like this wouldn’t shrink this much. If you are someone that dries your clothes, don’t buy from them. Sorry…

Be careful when purchasing items, if the tag comes off good luck getting a return. After arguing for an hour they finally returned 1 of the 2 items that I have purchased. The store manager gave me a very hard time. I love the brand but after being treated unfairly, it's hard to come back to.

Fantastic products (I am so happy with my purchases) and IMPECCABLE customer service. Danielle is such a sweetheart and was so helpful today! I had such a good experience today and I definitely intend on going back for my birthday month thanks to the fantastic customer service I received today!Keep up the awesome work, RW and CO! :) And make sure to let Danielle's manager know what an amazing job she did and how happy she made a customer ;) As someone who worked in customer service, I definitely give credit where credit is due - and Danielle definitely deserves it! :D

Worst experience ever! I bought a jacket, pants and a shirt. I went home and after trying it out a few times I thought that I’d get the pants changed into another colour. Went to the store to exchange the pantheon and they told me that they forgot to charge me for the jacket and accidentally charged me for the pants twice. I told them that’s not my fault and it was their error. They told me that this is a theft and that I am being dishonest. This was not about the money if they had accepted their mistake and apologized I would have paid them for the jacket. Would never have called me a thief and dishonest. Never expected a shop like this to treat their customers they way they treated me and my wife. Will never shop again here.

They have very good collection of men and women, wink wink in front of changing room they have stuff on sales, got some good deal.. let me tell you prices are little high….
