You have two drive through lanes to take orders quicker, taking 1 order at a time between the two lanes defeats the entire purpose of two lanes.

Where to start. My coffee tastes different every time I go to the point where I completely stopped going and just make my coffee at home, if I'm running late I just don't drink coffee. The staff has argued with me about promotions literally infront of me on the sign while I'm ordering ($1 hockey cards with beverage) and the food is just awful. If you get a wrap the top half is wrap and everything else is balled up at the bottom. I could go on for days about how frustrated this place makes me.

Yesterday night it was so cold and I really wanted a hot tea after finishing my shopping at Walmart. So I popped over to this location it was 10:50pm. I went through the drive thru where I was greeted by a very rude employee who promptly told me they were closed despite the fact that they weren't closing for another 10 minutes. I was appalled. He informed me that he had already thrown everything out and refused to serve me. I told him that he was still open for another ten minutes and he repeatedly told me to leave. I asked for his manager information and he refused to give it, most likely because he knew he was breaking the rules. I will never visit this location again.

Come today for breakfast. Drive thru was extremely slow resulting in them having a fairly large line.My issue today however is that this locations debit machines are down and they neglected to put up any signage regarding the matter in the drive thru.Massive waste of my time and energy as well as anyone elses who doesn't have physical cash.There is also no way to exit this drive thru. They literally wasted 20 minutes of my time this morning and I didn't come out of it with anything I was there to get.PUT UP SIGNAGE PLEASE.

Most Tim Hortons are the same as far as food goes. What makes this one a good choice is the staff. They made me feel welcome...were very pleasant...smiled and were eager to help me with choices.

So last night, my brother and I pulled up to the drive thru to grab coffee before a long road trip and the lovely ladies got our order and proceeded to hand them out at the window. However their espresso machine began to act funny, to no fault of their own I might add (I’ve worked at a cafe I understood technical difficulties happen time to time).The ladies asked us to park at the front in less than 4 minutes a lovely person name Robyn came out and handed me my pumpkin spiced latte with almond milk. She was so kind and bubbly and open with us about what happened, and proceeded to hand us the latte ‘made with love’. I’m so happy it was made properly regardless of the situation and Robyn made us smile, quite refreshing:)Thank you Robyn and staff!!

Slow drive thru with 2 lanes only serving 1 customer at a time, new item but none available and no everything bagels so basically they advertise the stuff but don't actually keep it stalked for sale. So as family of 5 we had to just cancel our order altogether and leave completely unsatisfied.
