No discounts on fuel like most other places.

Why aren't the buttons at the pump not working? I couldn't enter my airmiles and when I asked for the receipt the printer at the pump does not work! Frustrating.(Pumb #7)

On Dec. 27/18, I fueled up and, of course, the Air Miles and the system was down. I asked the cashier if the miles would be honored, he said NO!. I complained and eventually he got the manager, Krista, on the phone, who also had no interest in honoring the Air Miles. Eventually, she did give me her word that I would get a call the next day so I could go back and get my mile. GUESS WHAT??? It's Dec 30 and no call!!! This is an example of a store and manager who are untrustworthy and dishonest. Please be wary before going to this Irving.

I like Irving because they accept Air Miles, and I'm liking their summer promotion where you collect tickets for prizes and do a sort of Monopoly board game (I have yet to win anything unfortunately).The bathrooms are clean, the place is well stocked and I got in and out without any fuss or bother. Will use again!

BIGGEST CROOKS! My dad drove truck 36 hard working years he worked for sunbury transport he knows they are the biggest crooks, BUT when they start stealing his money! That’s when it’s gonna her real. He was just in to the Kearney lake circle k WHICH HE IS A REGULAR COSTUMER. Here last week spend $18.09 and the girl said it didn’t go though but my dad knew it did he asked for a receipt the girl denied giving him a reciept. My dad said he wants one. Then the girl printed him off one. When we got home he checked his bank account and it said “circle k two transactions moments from each other on the same day $18.09” my dad called them and printed off a bank statement stating he was double charged. The guy told him he didn’t have to bring the statement in but my dad insisted. Now they have the bank statement and REFUSE to give his money back. So my dad went to the manager and said they have to look into it cause it didn’t double charge when the proof is right there. My dad has told them if he don’t get a call tomorrow (October 9th 2018) he is going to get a lawyer he will pay the $300 dollars for a lawyer cause it’s not about the $18.09 it’s the principle now. So unless you want your money stolen I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT going to the circle k. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THEIVES AND YOU WONT SEE YOUR MONEY.
