She is a teaching practitioner who offers courses at a Senior Centre in Oshawa as well as workshops in various other sites. Her personable manner ensures that in addition to learning about the practice of reflexology, you will feel confident to move forward with this kind of treatment. Colleen is super talented at what she does. She’s friendly, patient and takes special care of her clients. Today, I tried reflexology for the first time — and Colleen worked her magic but also suggested exercises that I could do at home. On a personal quest to heal my repetitive injuries, interjecting reflexology therapy seemed something worth trying. I booked with Colleen through Instagram DM which works great for me. Colleen was very informative and thorough in her initial assessment and seemed to cover everything above and beyond and concerns I may have had.
