St. Albert taxi

I called 2 hours before I needed a cab. 2 hours!! The cab is now half an hour late. I didn't receive a phone call to give me a heads up. I called the dispatcher twice and all I got was attitude and excuses. If you're going to be late have the common decency to call the customer and let them know so they have time to make other arrangements. I am now extremely late for a work function and because it's Friday night can't get another cab. I have never received such poor customer service in all my life.

I called today from the business I work at for some out of town associates to get a taxi to the airport. The dispatcher (Jennifer) was very professional and friendly on the phone. She said it would be less than half hour wait but I think it was only about 10 minutes tops, which was very nice!The driver did not know they were headed to airport but was fine with that. I can't say for the trip itself but it was a good experience calling.

Not the drivers fault but the company. We get to the city limits and then the driver says it’s a flat rate of $30. Which wouldn’t seem bad but we are less then 7 minutes from this point. So now I have to pay our meter rate from point A to City limits then an additional $30. Where as the previous company who picked us up was less then $30 from out of city limits to drop off point. As far as I’m concerned St. Albert Taxi is a rip off!!’ Never again. Would never recommend. Would take the first company from now on. St Albert needs better taxi choices.

I rode with St. Albert Taxi almost exclusively for several months.My girl friend was hospitalized for an extended period of time and because of the cold weather I used cabs a lot.I would like to thank Skyler and Brad for the excellent job dispatching.I became friends with some of the drivers.I think they are all good but one man in particular deserves a round of applause.I want to thank Neil for the job he did for me.Not only did he provide excellent service but he was genuinely concerned about how things were going.Two thumbs up Neil.I would recommend your service to anyone.I'm happy to give you guys a FIVE STAR" ratingKeep up the great work.Many thanks.Regards."

I have used this taxi service 3 times now and have been impressed with their friendliness, punctuality, prices and efficiency. I have been less than impressed however by the fact that each of the 3 drivers was a smoker who either smoked inside the taxi or smoked so heavily they impregnated the vehicle anyway. In this day and age people in a service industry that relies heavily on tips should make an effort to clean the inside of their vehicle and especially deodorize it. I paid a smaller tip because of this.

Friendly, and quick. Happy to find the cheapest way to your destinationIf I ever have a complaint I talk to the dispatch, and it gets dealt with. Over the last 3 years, I have had 2 complaints, and take taxis regularly since I don't drive.Great service, wish it was available in Edmonton

I just phoned their new phone number, and a recording indicated that no one was available to take the call, and their message system was full. This does not bode well for good service. I may be forced to hire a limousine from Edmonton to get the dependable service I need for a 5 am pick-up to the airport. Not impressed, and would have not even given one star, if possible.

I've been taking St. Albert Taxi since i was 13 years old. There has been ALOT of changes with this cab company since i was a little kid taking it to schools. I see the changes that the new owners are making and its great. The vehicles are better, the service is better, the atmosphere is better. All around there is a reason this company has been going strong for so many years. the drivers care, and with the new owners support, no voice is left unheard.Overall i recommend St. Albert Taxi to everyone. Big changes are still to come, and i know that they will take the taxi industry to the next level.And a very special thank you to , Devon, Tristan and Bradley for doing the best dispatching!

Driver was late. Driver demanded cash payment claiming the credit and debit system was under repair but waited until we were already driving to tell me. Dispatch should have informed me of cash only if their systems were truly out of order. Driver didn't know where he was going. All around a terrible experience. Will never use St. Albert Taxi again. Would like to give them zero stars

Amazing service! My grandma booked a ride with CO-OP to be dropped off at my sisters grad and then picked up at a certain time. When it got close to her pickup time we gave them a call to let them know we were ready and they told us they would arrive within the next 5hrs! I have st.Albert Taxi a call and they drove all the way to Edmonton within 25min to get my grandma home. Can't thank them enough! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
