What a wonderful experience. As a customer with little technical ability, phone shopping is typically a very stressful excursion. This was anything but. Dakota was so informative and patient in his imparting of phone wisdom. So much so that when I made my selection I knew with 100% certainty it was the phone for me. After finding me the perfect plan he kindly moved the contents of the old phone to the new which left me with nothing to do but relax and enjoy myself sharing in the comradery of Dakota and his coworkers. I left the Source in Bracebridge with my phone 100% set up and ready to use, not a question unanswered and the knowledge I'd just experienced exceptional customer service. Thank you Dakota.

I had Dakota help me upgrade my phone and review my cell plan with Bell. He is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to get me the best value. Dakota displayed an uncommon level of customer service. I recommend the Source in Bracebridge, (and Dakota in particular) most highly.

I went into the source looking for a monitor with specific requirements. Before I was having issues finding what I needed. Stephen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and his assistance was very appreciated. If you need to visit any tech store in Muskoka I urge you to visit this one due to its excellent selection and impeccable staff.

This review is based on a few visits. The first time I went into the source I purchased a google wifi hub. it was cheap and on clearance. The sales rep really didn't know anything about it but I did so c'est la vie. I got the device home and right out of the box it did not work. I didn't return in the 30 day return window but that's my own fault so now it's a big paper weight lol.I then went back as I needed a new charger for my laptop. I went in and this rep (a different one from the first) had no information about any of the products just showed me where they were. Another rep had recommended a charger so I bought it. On a side note I did bring my laptop in to confirm the size.....needless to say none of the ends worked on my laptop. I had misplaced the receipt but knew the date so I returned to the store. The rep this time was the same rep from when I purchased the charger originally (the one without any knowledge) he told me I could not return the charger even though I had only had it a week without a receipt. I was frustrated at this point and went out to my truck. I googled the return policy and sure enough I could return it without receipt but he didn't know or didn't want to. when I went back in the store a different rep was there (the same one who recommended the charger and was sure that was the one). He did the return but made it seem like it was the most inconvenient thing in the world. Not once did he apologize for the inconvenience or show any remorse for his actions or attitude. I don't expect anything crazy just a little common courtesy and kindness for his mistake (at least the rep who was not knowledgeable apologized). I will not be returning to this store. The reps who are nice don't know anything about the products and the knowledgeable rep apparently is too arrogant to have any accountability
