All the staff in this branch are awesome to deal with, have been banking there since I moved into the area for 6 years and I am not switching anytime soon.

Terrible! I opened a Scotiabank account for Mortgage purposes (as my Mortgage broker advised) and it has been a horrible experience, I wish I never did... terrible customer service, people never get back to you and can't communicate with anyone when I need. Their app doesn't work half the time, if I need to call I always have to wait over 45 minutes on the phone... it isn't just this branch, Scotiabank itself has been terrible. My card expired" and I never got my replacement card in the mail... now I can't even access my account! I am switching everything back to my previous bank

This Branch is mess!No one knows their job.Not professional at work. Very mean and bully to customers. Me and my family left that bank because of this locations services.Me and my family were the customer of scotia for years. I used to sent all my new comers clients to this bank, but last time i went to this location as i had appointment, the girl in front said we are late. I explained that we could not be there on time, but we called and they said be here before 10:30. The front girl said well wait if no one comes in 10 mins you can go and open account for your new comer family. She also said if someone came you have to wait about 30 minutes, again i said ok we will wait. After an hour and half some one came to us and said i cant except your immigration documents. I explained to her that every few month we go to scotia with same documents , and Im sure that this documents are excepted by all banks. I asked her to talk to her manager before sending us home. She went and came back with a lady and said she is my supervisor. The supervisor said I checked we cant accept your documents as i know but my manager is not here thill Thursday you have to wait!!!! She didn’t even looked at our documents:(I explained to her she said we cant.1 They could confirm with documents before giving appointments 2 they could explain the time before we go there and wait for .2 hours just because some workers were not in mood to work that day. 3 the people in front who welcomes people has to learn about customer service as the one who talked to us was really angry!!!The person we had appointments with could welcome us and check our documents before let us wait for ever to visit that prances.4 if manager are not sure that their workers are low educated should not leave a bank branch for some fools. 5 I will never ever recommend scotia bank to no one any more and I will tell all this people who i opened account for to go to better banks.

This bank needs to get with the times.- Outdated appointment booking system.- Telephone numbers and extensions that don’t work.- Limited banking hours.- You are unable to call bank locations directly to make appointments and if you ask in the branch their computer system is so slow it takes forever- Very nice and polite workers however Ill informed and undertrained.Even the online system doesn’t allow for diverse names, it cut my name short (some people have more than one middle name). Which lead to them telling me I had no credit score and wasn’t approved for a credit card. I explained that my name might not be right, she said it was based on SIN number. Yet when applied online I was approved straight away.Sorry to say, worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. Don’t apply unless your are getting something good out of it!!!

I am very dissatisfied with the service at this Scotia bank branch. The negative reviews are accurate, as I have encountered the same issues that others have reported. The staff seem indifferent, the service is slow, and the mortgage specialist was unprofessional. She arrived late for our appointment, even though there were no other customers in the building and she was already in her office. She also appeared to be very sleepy and unprepared. I have decided to stop banking with Scotia bank and I have closed all my accounts. I do not recommend this branch to anyone.

The worst Branch and Bank I've dealt with! The service has been terrible, tellers don't seem to know the basics of their job and even the managers will not help you even though it's my home branch! Bank machine even ate my card while trying to close out my accounts! I was still referred to the Call centre when in the branch. I have closed my accounts and still I'm having issues!

The service at this branch makes me want to cancel my account with them. They asked me to wait for a day for a bank draft, I went to the branch 3 times to just get a bank draft. The staff here doesn't seem to know what they're doing.

I didn't know it was possible for a bank to make it so difficult to set up joint checking with your husband...while that husband is standing right next to you.The boy behind the counter couldn't have been more than seventeen, and demanded ever-more obscure bits of paperwork just to put my name on the account I have been using for years. I just needed my own debit card.After a while an older woman came over to help him and we managed to get something so basic in less than an hour. I hope we never have to ask them to do anything that complicated again.

We went there for withdrawal & there was a lady who was dealing with me .Her name was Ellie & she was unprofessional & rude. She gave me & my boyfriend a hard time over a small withdrawal. I had to talk with 3 people for small withdrawal for my own money but at the end of the day i didn’t get my money & wasted 1 hour over there. The Manager was also making stupid excuses. WORST STAFF. Bad experience, recommend to visit the other locations.
