Have been going to Chiropractic care for 30 years all over Canada and the USA as I moved around. So you could say I have some experience to be able to judge the quality of care here. Dr Scott is the first to take the time to educate, truly assess the care needed and demonstrate noticeable progress. Get assessed, get treated and get well!

Dr. Scott came highly recommended and has definitely lived up to those recommendations. He does a thorough assessment in advance of developing a treatment plan that you both can discuss and agree upon. I like, and trust, health professionals that assess prior to diagnosing.The office hours and appointments are very accessible, and Lakeside has always been able to accommodate when my schedule gets turned upside down.

Chiropractor what can one say. Every healing experiences starts with the spine, yet throughout my experience doctors have constantly told me the opposite. I was a wreck when I got to see Dr. Scott. My pain was through the roof. Dr. Scott was the most thorough Doctor, I had seen in over 20 years. No guess work, No assumptions his ability to even explain his findings was unique as any layman could understand him. Like the transmission on a car your spine is the transmission to every organ and body function. How important is a Chiropractor, they are the only ones that thoroughly understand your transmission. I am very impressed, excited and enthused about my care in the hands of Dr. Scott. I am now one week without pain and only three weeks into my treatment program. I would recommend him to anyone. Starting my chiropractic journey was sort of scary but I got referred here and I'm so thankful I was! You're greeted by the sweetest receptionist and it feels more like you're seeing a friend you haven't for a long than a medical adjustment. Dr Scott is fantastic. He really wants to make sure that you understand what's happening and why it's happening and he answers all your questions. I brought my mom to see Dr.Scott after a terrible experience elsewhere. When we first walked in, we were greeted by the sweetest and kindness receptionist. She really made my mom feel at ease. We then met with Dr.Scott where he did an amazingly thorough exam on my mom, discussed her back pain history and sent her for X-rays. We came back the next day and he took his time and explained everything to us about his findings and what he could do for her!! She’s had two adjustments with him already and he was incredible. About 18 years ago, a young man knocked at my door in Beamsville to let me know he was offering chiropractic services. He was wearing a Hawaiian shirt and had this huge smile. It was impossible not to like him, and because he impressed me so much, i went to visit him for the first time. over the course of a few months, I was treated and my health improved completely. I stopped going (BIG MISTAKE!). in the 17-18 years that followed, I oftened mentioned to my wife that I should start seeing my chiropractor again. She would always laugh and say that she'd never seen me visit this mysterious chiropractor. i would always tell her, yes, but if I did go back, he would be the only one who would treat me. Recently, at the age of 64, I wanted to improve my health, feel better and live a better quailty of life. Only Dr. Scott could help me with that. I came back, and there he was, the same big smile, the same doctor who was completely dedicated to improving my quality of life. It was like coming home to a family I should never have left. He's at a new location now, but I saw a familiar sign... New patients always welcome. After a week or two, I already feel better and look forward to every treatment. I walked into Dr. McGregors office May 8th 2019. I was in a lot of pain, unable to feel sensation in both legs, crying because i could hardly move my body. He had clients and instead of telling me to come back because he was busy, he took me in without hesitation. He was instantly committed to helping me, he cared! He showed patience when performing adjustments. I was really scared during my first two weeks of appointments. He always explained what he was doing and educated me with every step, and i have never felt safer with any other doctor in my life. Dr. McGregor and I have been working together for about 6 weeks and it has CHANGED MY LIFE. I had a list of medical issues unrelated to my back that have significantly decreased. My anxiety and heart palpitations i get from an autoimmune disease has disappeared. I can feel both legs, my back pain no longer exists and i wake up every morning without being in pain.
