the service her is not great like when you order in and they give you everything in a take out bag like... creating more trash then needed when you could have gave me a tray ... on top it like sitting in a frezzer in here both times i came in food is okay but atmosphire and service needs work

Chicken nuggets were horrible. Dry and hard. Burgers are not fresh either. They keep the food until someone buys it, no matter how long it takes. Absolutely don't recommend them.

Ordered 2 DD coffee at self serve kiosk. Did one order x2 and they managed to mess it up? 1 black coffee 1 DD. I usually love McDonald's coffee however I couldn't even drink this it tasted so old/gross. Also felt bad for the gentlemen standing at cash to place his order. I put mine in and had it and leaving before anyone even acknowledged him. Up side it was clean inside.

This place was horrible!DON'T COME HERE IF YOUR IN A RUSH, HUNGRY, WANT GOOD SERVICE, OR DON'T LIKE WAITING IN LINES!I live out of town. I've never seen a McDonalds like this except in downtown Toronto!I had to repeat my order 4 times. One request was no pickles in my wife's Big Mac, which I had to correct her the third time I repeated my order. My wife ended up with pickles but no onions.So she asks for her burger to be fixed. They bring her a burger with pickles and onions now. So she has to get them to fix it again!The eating area was DISGUSTING! This is what happens when you have a bunch of TEENAGERS running the place. It wasn't like they were busy. They just chose not to clean the place!I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION.GO TO ANOTHER MCDONALDS..I can't wait to see what the owner has to say.

How is it possible to mess my breakfast up 2 weekends in a row? Last time I was here was last weekend and they forgot the egg on my breakfast sandwich. This weekend they just gave me an entirely different sandwich. I ordered the new spicy bacon and egg and received the spicy chicken. It's just sad.***Update: My very first order from this store since the last poor experience was messed up again with the exact same mess up. How? Your store clearly doesn't respond to reviews nor do you address any of the issues. It's embarrassing on the owners part.

Waited in the drive-through, purposely waited for one lane to open up. They proceeded to let us sit there and serve 2 cars who came after us in the other lane. And then as we decided to leave they finally asked if we could be helped. Terrible customer service this evening

Horrible service. You order ahead(via mobile app) to save time and 15+ cars (drive thru) complete their order. Plus 5+ people went into the restaurant. Took 10 min for a simple order.Don’t go here. It’s not worth it. The McDonald’s on Hespeler is a much better choice.Also this McDonalds can’t be bothered to even stir their drinks.

Me and my work crew went into this location and was the worse experience I have ever had in a McDonald's. Spent $85 and all the food was cold. We had just worked for 20 hours and not in the mood. We order the food sit down and ate at 3am , we were half way through our meal and were told we had to leave because they were closed the dining room. I had even asked them where we were allowed to sit before sitting down. Totally disgusted with this restaurant.

This has got to be the worst food yet I've received from McDonald's. The fries were so over cooked they were dark brown, hard and dry, crunchy couldn't keep eating them. The mc chicken bun was also hard and dry very stale and the chicken was also dry, no flavour and over cooked. I didn't finish any of the food just the coke that seemed to be ok. I threw the food out after a few bites, what a waste of money.

Cold food and no milkshake. Milkshake machine went into heat mode" in the middle of service??? No refund offered. $39 for 3 people. Cold fries and no condiments to speak of on McDouble
