Scott came today and did my carpets after a 3 year hiatus because of Covid! Scott explained the what the where and the why of how he would proceed and gave me an exact quote before starting! I left the house and he contacted me when he was done sending a before and after photo of my kitchen carpet . I am very impressed with the job he did, a little more money than some but absolutely worth it to get the job done right! OMG! I was speechless after Scott's visit. I hired him for a move-in clean, and I literally thought the carpet was a different colour (it had been at least 8 years since the carpets had been cleaned). It turned out, after he was finished, that the carpet was cream coloured and not grey! I had been hoping for the space to just feel clean and fresh, instead I got what looks like a brand new, uber clean carpet where I am comfortable hanging around on the floor, walking in bare feet, and I went from thinking I may have to replace it, to saving $$$ with Scott revitalizing it. Highly recommend this service. Scott was professional, provided quotes upfront and full price prior to service. He had the products and skills necessary to address to problem areas.
