Medical Image Wigs
Sadly the level of service here was not very good. My friend needed a wig (it is a topper style wig) because of a medical condition and this was the first place we went to. The wig that she bought started to fall apart after 3-4 weeks. Upon our second visit instead of a simple agreement that the wig would be replaced we had to wait for the manufacturer to get back to them to decide if they would cover it under warranty.When they did decide to replace the wig we were told that the one we had could not be directly replaced and a different style wig was given.Let me fast forward to six months later (which is this week) we went to 3 different wig shops and each of them said the exact same thing...... This wig (topper) is way to big for your head, did you get it off the internet.I write this review to say that if you need a wig because of a medical condition please do not buy a wig at the first store you go to. Shop around and see the different levels of service and the different quality of wigs out there.Buyer beware, this Mother and Daughter team seem very nice but the level of service was very poor.

My Wife and I would like to share the exceptional, professional and no pressure service provided to us by Olivia.Oliva greeted us and invited us to share what we were hoping to learn from our visit. The information we needed was patiently and profesionally communicated to us so that we could make a good decision.Every question we posed was answered and all availble options, including the pros and cons of each option were shared. At no time did we feel any pressure to make a rash decision.After out first visit, we took some time to digest what Olivia had communicated to us and went for a second visit to ask a few other questions which again were fully answered. We made the decision and ordered a wig.Sincere thanks to Olivia and the staff at Medical Image Wigs.

Met with Lora to look at wigs. She was amazing. She is very kind and compassionate. Explained what I would expect from Chemo and hair loss. Answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable with her. Tried on several wig styles and she helped me pick the one best suited for me. Wonderful ladies. I highly recommend coming here

I met with Lora today for a consultation regarding 2 previously purchased wigs.As has been my experience in the past , Lora was extremely pleasant and helpful.She helped me adjust my wigs for a better fit, and gave me more tips on caring for them.While she did show me some of her newer products, there was no pressure to make any purchases.I left feeling satisfied with my decision to ask for a consultation. I know I will be back when it comes time for a new wig.Thank you Lora and Tara.

First visit with Laura I explained my situation.Time to try on wigs...first wig she had me try on was absolutely perfect. Laura had the color and style down pat. She was amazing. Needless to say I bought it and felt like a million bucks leaving the salon. She knows her stuff.

Interview:Walked into the salon, immediately experienced bad vibes from Tara, whom I had a scheduled interview with. Not friendly at all, instantly received a cold shoulder from her (jealous mean girl). She was late for the interview, waited 30 mins patiently - finally she decided to interview me. Continued to stare me down. Probably tops one of the most unprofessional interviews I've ever had. Also, ladies and men, these wigs aren't the best I would recommend Clorebeauty or even Samsbeauty to buy more affordable, stylish, natural, quality wigs. Youtube and a hair stylist will be your best friend.PS. For anyone curious: I was dressed in professional business attire with black heels.

Lora was extremely helpful finding a solution for me. She was honest and very professional. I've been back a few times for tips. And Lora and her assistant Tara, are always warm and welcoming and generous with their time. Lovely show room and nice variety of products too. Thank you for your help!

After much consideration, yes, no on my part, I finally gave Medical Image Wigs a call to make an appointment. My hair ( on top & a bit on the sides had been broken by bleaching at home myself....never again!!!!Lora couldn't have been more helpful, finding the right color, length, & even trimming my new topper to blend in with my own hair. She is an expert in her field!!! Her patience is over the top as well!! I will definitely go back to her when I feel the urge for another topper.....thanks again Lora!!
