Front door was open. Went to counter and was told only the drive thru was open. Went to drive thru and ordered. Only 2 vehicles were ahead of me and I waited k20 minutes for my order. My milkshake was melted and my burger was cold. It'll be a while before I go back.

Great service. Always smiling. They have yet to screw up my order. Special orders are always correct. I don’t get tomatoes on my burgers and they haven’t screwed up yet. Food is hot and delicious.

With two can dine coupons, this is a better deal and better tasting burger than another fast food nearby. Servers are friendly and even apologized for the long wait, but I don’t really mind. They just opened and some operational hiccups are expected. Definitely will swing by again!

We normally love carls junior, but have found that the burgers have started to taste a little odd... like the charbroiler grill needs to be cleaned a bit more regularly. My burger tasted burnt, even though it didn't look burnt. Guess we will stick with the carls downtown, they've never had a burnt taste to them

Tried finding the hours for the new Hart location...couldn't find them anywhere. Pulled up to the location at 8:30. Two Open signs on, but it closes at 8 on Tuesdays. Three workers in the window watch us walk up to the door but it's locked. They start pointing and laughing as we walked back to our vehicle. Open signs are both still on. Took my money elsewhere. Sure doesn't make you feel welcome. Might want to learn some customer service. Closing shift Dec 20.
