Have been going there for at least two years and I am very satisfied with Amanda and her team. The are always on time and are very friendly. Amanda knows her customers well. Kim has been doing my nails and I am very satisfied. Was just there today. Keep up the good work!

Went for a shellac manicure and pedicure. The owner is adorable and we had such a great time taking care of ourselves and speaking with her and the other worker. They are very sweet and attentive to every detail. Plus, the prices are perfect. I recommend this place!

Poor customer service. No respect of the time of appointments and they do not care about their long time clients. Complained to the owner many times but still I am disappointed no consideration. Will go somewhere else from now on! No thanks.

Very professional and friendly staff! It's true about the wait time. But if you know this ahead of time, take your appointment first thing in the morning. (If you can) This way, you can't go wrong! In the meantime, maybe the salon can get more staff or not over book!

If you want to experience respect for your time and customer service, go elsewhere. I went there to spoil myself; It ended up spoiling my day.I booked a 3pm appointment onlineI called at 1pm as I was still waiting for confirmation. They had never seen the booking.They told me they can’t for 3, made me come in for 2pm yet once I got there, at 2, I had to wait 45 minutes.The girl who waxed my eyebrows was really rough with my skin. At the end when plucking left over hair, she was pinching my skin.They finally started my nails at 2:55!I had asked for a gel overlay on natural nail. Once online, as they offered the service; once over the phone and finally once when she asked. But they ended up doing a shellac.Ok a positive note : the girl who does the nail is very meticulous.I forgot to mention… they wouldn’t book me for 3 yet they took two walk-in at 3:05. Total lack of respect for their clientele.
