Did a lousy job last summer, still had weeds all the time.Gave them a 2nd chance when they offered a big 'customer satisfaction' discount. Have only come out twice all summer, still have weeds all over my yard. Don't waste your money.

Weedman did a great job with the lawn. They did their part beautifully and gave me all the information I needed to water and cut properly for a very healthy lawn.

I went through the online quoting process and made the mistake of giving them my phone number. 17 days in a row they have called me. My wife and I have a wager on how long they will keep calling.... The kicker is I did the online quoting process with 3 competing companies and they have not harassed me with calls like this.

Hired weed man to spray my lawn. They did, but only sprayed half and charged me as if they did the entire job. I had asked them to come back and finish the job. They would not. Absolutely awful service

Next level of horrendous customer service...Pushy, rude, don't even want to hear that you are simply not interested. I was getting phone calls every day! Save yourself the headache and do not give them any personal info, especially your phone number, they will not leave you alone!

We signed up with Weed Man in April and prepaid for the year. Our contract stated that we would have a weed control application in May/June , and a second one in June/ July. Today is the last day of June and we haven't had one application applied yet and I have a lawn full of weeds. Hopefully they put a Weed Man sign on my lawn so everyone in the neighbourhood can see.

They haven't come good with their promises. My dad had a excellent lawn .Now all weeds what ever they are doing isn't working at all .Very disappointed and to come find out Weed Man is a franchise. I guess it's buyer beware depends on who is operating the business in your area.

Excellent customer service. Young man who came by to take care of my lawn was very cordial, to the point, and explained to me how to properly care for my lawn after a weed spray. Would definitely recommend Weed Man over any other lawn care business.

The technicians were always efficent and well mannered, when I had an issue they took the time to answer my questions as best they could or got me a call from a senior tech who could answer my question or concern. Look forward to using Weedmen again next year
