Kimberly was friendly and professional. She has many years of experience with bridal gowns and knew exactly how to alter the dress to fit me better. She brought in the bust area and hemmed the dress suitable to my height and shoes. She provided excellent recommendations to what would make the dress work for me as I am quite petite. She is very timely and delivered exactly what was expected within the promised timeline. The final product looks seamless, fits me like a glove and there doesn’t seem to be trace of alterations. Overall, very satisfied!

I worked with Kimberly to alter my wedding dress, a silk Jenny Packham gown with considerable detail work. Kim did a wonderful job - my dress was absolutely perfect when she completed it. Kim was recommended to me by my wedding planner and I, too, would have no hesitation recommending her.

Kimberly did the alterations for my wedding dress and was absolutely amazing! I had a little bit of a challenge as my dress was 2 sizes too big and needed quite a bit of work. Kimberley did alterations for my wedding dress and I'm extremely pleased with the results. I appreciated her attention to detail and felt very at ease because of her confidence and her obvious experience working with tulle and satin etc. She even coffee-dyed the eyelet hoops she replaced on my dress so they would match the off-white colour of the rest of the material. I highly recommend Kimberley for bridal alterations: I felt like Cinderella and she was my fairy godmother! Thank you Kimberley for making this part of wedding preparation so enjoyable!

After buying our daughter’s wedding dress, our biggest concern was finding a seamstress that could work with the delicate fabric of the dress. The bridal shop highly recommended Kimberly and we were thrilled to be able to get an appointment with her. From the beginning, Kimberly made us feel welcome and relaxed in her home. She was confident she could make my daughters dress to fit her perfectly, and she did just that! The biggest surprise was the bustling of the dress. I was not certain it could be done, but with great precision, Kimberly made it happen and did an incredible job. At each fitting, she was encouraging and also gave us little wedding and dress tips. Kim went above and beyond alternating my wedding dress. She made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the entire process. For my second fitting the dress was still a bit long (I’m 5’1 and the material of my dress is rather difficult to work it), she altered it within days to have it ready. I was okay with the length, but she assured me that I would be more comfortable while walking. She was right! From the moment I booked my initial appointment in May, to my final fitting in June, she was timely, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. She answered our questions and explained the process in detail. She took extra time to show my mom how to bustle my dress (it’s rather large and a lot to work it) and she kept asking if it was comfortable in the dress. I had extra fabric ordered to make a veil and she made one that complimented the dress and shape. Thank you Kim!

Fantastic experience. I bought my wedding dress online while having had a few glasses of wine. Thanks to my wine goggles’ suggestion I ordered the largest size on the website though I’m a size 14 so needless to say, I was swimming in my dress. Kimberly came recommended by a friend of mine so I took the chance and couldn’t have been happier with the results. Kimberly had to ultimately reconstruct a wedding dress!! It turned out FANTASTIC. I would recommend Kimberly to anyone that needs alterations.
