Suncoast Enclosures

We had Suncoast build a very nice screen room about a month ago. We now spend a lot of time in this new addition bug free. They're very nice to deal with. The price is up there, but when you get estimates from other companies, you'll find that Suncoast is less expensive but the material used is similar if not better. Suncoast don't pull permits, but they will help you get the paper work ready to take it to the city yourself.

This is the best addition we’ve made to our new home. We love this space. And the team at Suncoast were amazing to deal with. We couldn’t be happier with our investment.

Great service from A to Z. We exchanged a couple of emails/photos of our deck, got an estimate from Dan and then set up an installation date. The aluminum structure and screens were installed in 2 days, then later on the custom-made vinyl panes arrived and completed our 3-season sun room that we now enjoy so much. I would highly recommend Suncoast Enclosure to anyone interested in having a sun room of high quality and endurance.

Recommendation of Suncoast: Our three season room was installed in April of this year and what a great renovation to our home. Dan was great to work with and Jesse/Andrew were great installers. Dan submitted drawings for city permit the same day requested. Jesse reviewed the project with us and made the necessary alterations to best fit the screen room to our environment. They were organized throughout the installation and courteous to our inquires. We haven’t missed a day in this room and the neighbourhood are dropping by to see the new development. Well, sometimes things happen outside of a company's control that impacts their customers. This happened to us. However I want to commend the team at Suncoast for their prompt recovery. Once I contacted the office with our concern, we had an immediate response, someone came to inspect our enclosure, and within a couple of days everything was running perfectly.Special thanks to Jesse Oler and Dan Butler for their key roles in this project and making an elderly lady literally cry in happiness, and able to enjoy this new space in her home. I highly recommend them to you.

We have had the most incredible experience with this company from their initial response to our inquiry outlining options to screen in our deck to the final product which required a remarkable of ingenuity and innovation from their installer. We love our Suncoast Sunroom. It was one of the best investments we ever made. Long before our neighbors venture outside, we are laying back and enjoying our three season sunroom with no wind, rain, or mosquitos. My wife loves it! It has been a pleasure dealing with everyone at Suncoast. At every encounter we have experienced friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. Our sunroom is our day and night oasis. It is a magical place that has enhanced our family gatherings, and increased the value and enjoyment of our home.

This Suncoast 3 season room is our favourite place at the cabin and was sturdy enough to withstand a fallen jack pine.We enjoyed the room so much we just had another built at our home in Sherwood Park. Danny managed the site visit and quotation and I would like to commend the workmanship and skills of John and Ivan - the room looks finely finished with great attention to details.David has been a big help with follow up items.

We love our new sun room. It looks great and was delivered and installed in 1 day. The installer was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Windows were installed when promised. The price quoted was the final price as well. Also got great advice on heating solutions to make it a almost 4 season room. The only minor complaint is that it was built 3 weeks after the proposed date in late fall, but very forgivable considering how much we like it.
