I went in to get skates sharpened and was told 3 hours the whole time I was there 3 staff working in the back takes 5-10 min to sharpen skates old man who was pretty rude when asked how long he wrote it down didn’t seem he enjoys his line of work or maybe just a grumpy old man ended up just leaving for it done down the road in no time at sports check. Need skates done in a conveniently time don’t go there.

My compliments to James and the girl that works there. They went above and beyond when I brought my trike in for setting up things which I didn't know to.

Excellent service. Both the owner and the bike mechanics staff serviced my rocky" mountain bike. Replaced two older defective tires at no cost. They are super friendly

Had my sons skates “ sharpened “ here before a junior camp in Seattle. Blades were dull and he couldn’t skate the first period. We had to swap them out for the spare set. This was an important camp and it was horrific and depressing for my son to not perform at his best because of the inept incompetent staff.

Brought my son here the other day for a new baseball bat and helmet. They were so helpful and sweet with my son. He was beyond excited about the purchases. We will definitely be back in the future!

A St. Albert treasure...I purchased a pair of skates in Jan 2020, after taking the summer off my skates hurt my ankles when I hit the ice last week.I took them back and the service was outstanding!!They applied heat to the skates, did a fit, then went to the back and tweaked" the one skate to make a perfect fit. They kept saying "We want to make you happy and enjoy your skating".What great service !!I would have gladly paid for his extra service but all I heard is we want you to be happy with your purchase ... no charge"

Paxton really knows his stuff and is very helpful regardless if your buying high end skates or even a used pair from upstairs,

Brought hubby's bike in to be tuned up and checked out after 6 years in a garage. They came in at less then half what another place quoted us and the bike works great! Not to mention their custom service was great! Would definitely recommend.

Dave and his staff are amazing. He took the time on the phone to arrange for me to get a beautiful custom set from his store. I live across the country but the gear came in amazing condition and arrived within 3 days! Amazing customer service and great selection of gear. Will definitely come back again for future purchases. Dave Ridd is amazing. We purchased a pair of skates for my son from St. Albert Sports when they were really busy and I didn’t take the time to get him sized properly (my fault). My son wore them a couple times and complained that his feet really hurt while skating. I brought them back and Dave helped me size him properly. Found out that my son has a specific arch and what I purchased wasn’t a good fit. He found a better insole and baked the skates and they fit perfectly after that with no more pain. Didn’t even charge me for the insoles or the skate bake and told me to come in June next year so I can get special fit for him before the big summer rush. I knew Dave and his team are extremely supportive within the community but I didn’t realize they cared this much about their customers. As another business owner I was extremely impressed and will support him for all our sporting needs moving forward. Thanks Dave!!
