I went in to find some hardware to mount some bikes on a wall and I had a pretty good idea of what I needed when I went in the store but when I got to the hardware section I was a little overwhelmed with the options. One of the staff members asked what I was doing and made some recommendations and the project worked great. Also, it was a Sunday and the store was fairly hectic but he stopped to help.

I had two great experiences two days in a row.On day one Ron helped me find the perfect knob for my dresser when the ones I came in for could not be found. He made the situation right. Help outside assisted me in filling my cart with handing baskets, soil and perennials.Second day I was buying more plants and shrubs and also returned a dead shrub. Due to my poor memory I couldn’t find the bill and the tag was barely there. The staff used their computer and found the item. Impressive and kind! I was very happy to pay for my cart full again after such great staff and customer service.I will probably be back tomorrow as I need more garden material. Happy to have Home Depot in the neighbourhood. And staff like the service desk folk and Ron.

Always a good time here, staff are always very helpful, and friendly. Fatemeh at cash really made my day with her lovely smile, and her interactions were very courteous. Keep it up Home Depot!

The customer service was phenomenal! We purchased a BBQ this weekend and we're able to get it at a great deal. While the BBQ was missing the hardware, we were able to speak with Tory and get a resolution. The entire hour and a half we were at this location practically every employee asked if we needed help and everyone seemed very happy to be working there- not a common thing to see in a customer service industry.One thing I would like to mention, the electronic customer service" on the phone trying to answer your questions

I went to purchase a couple of items and was having difficulty locating one of them. I asked one of the employees for assistance and she really demonstrated that she didn't have the time of day for me. Further to that she sent me to the wrong aisle so I had to spend more time trying to find the product. I came up empty and decided to leave. This store left me totally turned off and I am definitely not going to waste my time here in the future.Not Recommended!!!

I walked into this Home Depot completely lost on where to even start with my renovations. Caroline at the Pro Desk was the most helpful. She guided me around the store and called the staff to help in the different areas. I learned so much this morning with her. I have a renovation plan and a complete shopping list. This level of customer care is not so easy to find these days, but it is definitely here at this Home Depot. Each and every staff member was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you to the entire staff at Home Depot.

I have to say that during a previous visit to one of Home Depots store I was with my boss and I left before him and was carryying some cans of painting and a few other items ,my boss was about 30 seconds behind me and he had the items he was carrying in a bag and the receipt in his hand . The security guy stopped and asked to look in the bag and checked it against the reciept . This is the same security guard that didnt ask me a thing , even though what I had was not in any store issued bag . My boss is of Áfrican decent and both him and I believe that is why he got asked and not me . Truly it has left a bad taste in my mouth and I am appualled to think that these kind of racist practices continue . I think they owe my boss and me an appoligy and assurance that this practice will not be allowed to continue . My boss is probably the most respectful human beings I have ever known .

Very impressed with the customer service in the blinds department. We were looking for window coverings for our retail store that would still provide a good amount of daylight inside without people being able to look in. A very friendly lady sat down with us to help us out & booked us a free consultation for our business. We also talked about security, lighting & fire alarm systems & she was very helpful & knowledgeable about everything they have to offer. Excellent service & prices for a centrally located store. Always a great selection of gardening, plumbing, painting & cleaning supplies. A regular customer that always finds what I need and they offer key cutting with the latest technology without a long wait. Always plenty of staff on the floor in different departments & quick & easy checkouts.
