I visited this location just a few days before my wedding on September 14, 2022. I made an appointment in advance for myself and a friend. When I arrived I showed Tina the design that I wanted. She said it would be easy, and got started working on my nails, talking at length about how people come from all over to see her. Tina first cut my nails to the length she wanted to work with and then asked me if it was a good length, as the nails has already been cut the only answer I could say was yes. It took absolutely forever for her to do my nails, and when it came to my ring finger design she painted something that look nothing like the photo in the picture. I told her I was unhappy with the ring finger design and wanted it changed.Tina had two other customers who came in for appointments with her while my nails were being done. She began talking to the two ladies waiting saying things like “she’s picky, she’s making us redo the design” Shortly after she had another technician take over my nails, so she could get to her regular customers. The nails that I left with are not painted correctly, shaped correctly or have anywhere near the design I asked for and looked very sloppy with gel and paint left all over my nails and fingers. I also had bits of gel stuck underneath the nails from failing to file them. For a pedicure and the gel nails and I paid $113.40. Easily the worst nail experience I ever had, and I hate my nails in all my wedding photos.

I was so very happy with how friendly they were and being patient with me (I didn’t know what to have done) so I choose a color and let her do her magic! And magic she did, so of course went back and still a wonderful job. This mom and daughter team work great together and have an awesome clean efficient nail salon!!

Had an amazing experience here with my sister. Got gel nails done for my wedding and I love how they took their time and made sure it was how I wanted it. They were very nice staff and actually talked to us and not just each other. Excellent experience!

Went for shellac mani and pedi. I’m very picky and was so impressed. Staff was knowledgeable, pedicure was relaxing. Equality was great, lasted a very long time. I broke a nail (my own fault) the day after I got them done. They let me come back and fixed it for free. Amazing customer service will be going back!
