I am thrilled to say that Dr. Dhott is easily one of the nicest dr's I have ever met. I felt very welcomed and I enjoyed the entire eye exam and I was surprised to see how thorough it was too! I brought up my concerns of dry eye/irritation particularly in my left eye and Dr. Dhott offered to look at it more closely using a special dye and a blue light. He also offered to dilate my eyes to be able to see more clearly inside them but unfortunately I had to drive around and go to work afterwards but I really appreciate how thorough the exam was. Jag and Jeanette were also super nice and I will definitely come back here again!

I was referred to iconic and went from new westminster to south Surrey. Jag, Dr Brar and staff were fantastic. Dr Brar explained in full details about the full eye exam. I had never had an optometrist explain things to me before. The friendliness of the staff and service from Jag was truly deserving of a 5 star review. The drive out to south Surrey will always be well worth it. Thank you!!

I Had my first eye appointment here. The optometrist was nice and professional. The staffs in the store were very patient to help me and give the suggestions to chose the frames and lens which are various designs and great brands. I got one pair of glasses and sunglasses as well. Really like them! I highly recommend Iconic eye if you need a glasses!

Phenomenal service and glasses! My 5 year old son Jackson was in desperate need of glasses to correct his one eye..After careful research I decided to take him to Iconic Eyecare to have his eyes tested and purchase the most suitable pair of glasses for him and made sure he could pick out a pair for himself that he would feel comfortable and confident in.Jeanette and Nav were the most amazing help! They made his first experience such a pleasant one and were so very patient and kind to him as he took his time trying on different pairs as well as when they checked his vision and tested for the most suitable lenses to help him see best.I cannot stress how much this meant to my son and I! They exceeded all of our expectations not only with the quality of their glasses, but also their customer service!Thankyou Jeanette and Nav for making my son's first experience such a memorable and joyous one!

The worst service!! If you want to waste your time, go there.Called in on May 24 to book apt for my 3-year-old son. The lady who answered my phone told me she is busy and will call me back. But she didn’t.Wait until May 31 to call again to book apt. The gentleman booked my on June 9.Come to store on June 9, the gentleman tell me he rescheduled the apt. But he didn’t let me know, no text message, no phone call. The optometrist come out and said she even cannot see we have a apt in system. This is so weird since the gentleman greet us with our last name.It’s hard to convince a 3-year-old boy to do a eye exam, and they easily make him disappointed.Will never come to this place again. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Fast, caring, one stop eye care for the whole family. We had our eye tests done on site and ordered our glasses right away. Lots of fashionable choices. Reasonably priced. Our 8 year old got to design her specs!

If you want to try frames until you find the right one without any kind of pressure to buy then this is the place for you. I needed a new pair of frames and didn't have my prescription but the employee helping me solved the problem right away. Glad I came to Iconic eyewear as they were so helpful the whole time. Very inviting atmosphere and great service from Jag and Jeanette.
