Took over an hour and a half to do a simple oil change.But after trying this garage again they have proven to take extra special care of my car, walking me through every step of the way and offered advice on what to do next with my Audi A4 that has a oil consumption issue. They were polite and patient and offered a great service, will definitely be going back when ever I need major or minor repairs on my car.

(Français plus bas)All around a great garage,- Super professional and courteous, I had a great experience there. All the staff was extremely nice and took the time to explain well what the issues were. Right away, from the first call, they made me feel like I was in good hands and took extra time to listen to everything.- The price was very good for the service and the parts.- I called and the next day had my appointment. Brought in my car at 9am, and everything (thorough inspection, front brakes changed, rear brakes cleaned, oil changed and filters changed) was done before 2pm.- I did not feel pressured whatsoever to do additional work on the car. Certain things did not seem too important" to me and they accepted it with no arguing.- The only surprise I had when came the moment to pay was that given that it took them less time than expected

No honourable garage would charge you money for a visual inspection.My Nissan Rogue needed oil change and summer tires replacement and this garage isn’t far from home. So, I came and the reception clerk was very polite —which is rare— and he starts asking questions such as “do you want us to inspect visually your car to detect possible issues and such.”Since he mentioned “visual” I assumed it’s part of the same deal, so, I said yes.I came back for my car, I received a bill of $850.00 total (OMG..What?) which $85.00+tx belonged to a visual inspection.So, I paid and I left, with the promise to never ever come back to this place.And then, right after I drove my car home, I started to notice a weird sound when I passed through rough pavement. It sounded as if a piece near the escape below the back-passenger seats was loose and until today it still does. In addition to that, a couple of days later, I noticed that the tires weren’t well balanced nor inflate as they suppose to. Ex. Thirty-three as tires normal inflation level, but these guys have inflated the tires to 38!!! I I'am sure they didn't align nor balancing my car, even tough I paid for it.I never ever come back to this place neither my neighbors, nor my Brossard association teammates.Once again, I wasn't inform about any cost involve about visual inspection". I am really dissatisfied with the garage's response to my complaint."

I normally do my own work on my cars, but sometimes (due to time or equipment constraints) I have to bring them to a shop. I brought my vehicle here twice. First was for an air conditioner refrigerant leak on an older van I had. They charged a very reasonable fee (around $60) to diagnose the problem and were very honest about the diagnosis. They showed me a cracked tube and explained it was an expensive dealer-only part, and also told me that they may also damage other parts (heat exchanger, etc) trying to replace it. They recommended me to a great A/C shop that was able to do a weld repair on the tube for a reasonable price.Second time was for a wheel bearing replacement (didn't have the time or a hydraulic press to do that job). That time the service & workmanship was great and for the work performed the price was good.I wouldn't hesitate to bring my cars here again.

Been coming here for a few years. Always had great service which is not normal for any garage. The difference is the owner Alex.. provides great customer service and honest. My car wouldn’t start and I brought it in unannounced and he took it immediately to fix. Great owner and garage.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Compared to Canadian tire the service is impeccable, last winter can. tire didn't adjust the tire pressure sensor and even scratched the car. These guys did everything prefect.

I brought my car to 2 garages for a ball bearings in the back wheels. Both garages couldn’t find the pieces availed to fix the problem . I called auto pro which is a garage I use to go to before when jean luc was the original owner . They wanted to charge me 100$ dollars to make sure it was the bearings in the back after I told him I brought to 2 other garages before calling auto pro. They wouldn’t take my car to fix unless I paid the 100$. Horrible customer service!!!! And over priced !!!! Can’t wait to see there reply and how there going to try and twist the situation to try and make them look good !!!!! (Part 2)so this Is my réponse to your reply, good thing I can read French because like I said horrible customer service. I write in English and you respond in French.so you charge people 100$ to see what the problem is then you charge then to fix and you think it’s justified to charge a 100$ to not fix the problem but to see what the problem is , wow!!! real honest . Good response !!! My parents went to jean lucs for 30 years at least and myself went to your Garage at least 20 years . 50 years of service from your Garage and now not one of us go to your garage, wonder why ?But hey I guess like everyone else that wrote bad reviews I’m wrong , I never been to a garage that charges me 100$ just for bringing my car in so sorry for the inconvenience!!! Good luck to the customers you over charge and don’t call my house again , thank you !!!

We normally do our maintenance and tire change here. This time, we had a big leak problem with our engine and battery. They provided a clear inspection feedback and fixed it quickly. Their price and labour fee is more reasonable comparing to the 4S store. The owner, Alex is always nice and patien, more importantly he really know his stuff! I will always come back to this place.
