We had a very bad experience here. I am really disappointed and wish I could give them a 0. On July 2022 we put our name in a waiting list for an electric car. At that time we were told delivery would be in 14-16 months and we didnt chose car color or any options! We only chose the model Because the sales rep said delivery window is too far, so they are not sure what colors/options would be available at that time and they will contact us 4-5 months before the delivery to finalize our order!We followed up on January 2023 and we were told probably delivery will be postponed to 2024! Surprisingly we got a call on mid May 2023 and our car was ready!!! The car that we didnt get a chance to chose its color and etc!!Long story short, we picked up the car and after 15 minutes of driving we got an error “electrical system malfunction, please contact support” and since then our car is with them for service and we are paying for a defective car that we can not even use!!!

Sam Attia is excellent, very professional and thought of everything and beyond, fabulous experience, walked in Thursday evening and drove out with a beautiful new car a few days later. My experience with car buying has taught me: Don't trust the certificates car here. I had just bought a used Q5 here, and before I handed it in, they assured me that it was an Audi certificated car and there would be no problems. Just completed the delivery procedures, immediately found that the vehicle at low speed and reverse, the body shake and noise, it is very obvious that they did not check the vehicle before delivering to customer. The service department carried out the repair, and then told me that the noise would disappear after 1,000 kilometers of driving, and if the problem is not solved, it will be checked again. I paid a lot of money for an Audi certified Q5, and now I have to spend time and energy dealing with this, which should never have happened, because they don't care about the feelings of their customers. Now I get upset when I'm driving and I hear that noise, I worry about my safety, I don’t know what will happen, all of this should not happen. This dealer's Audi certification is worthless, and they don't care about their reputation.

Just bought a new Q3. Francis provided great customer care. He answered all our questions and made sure we stayed within budget. I was a little apprehensive because of a bad experience we had in the past with Audi but Francis changed all that. We just lucked out.

I was extremely well taken care of; it’s a personable dealership, and has always been very fair with me and my family over the last 26 years!

This is the Audi dealership with the worst service ever! Service at Audi dealerships is usually impeccable, but this one is appalling. I kept giving them another chance because it's the closest one to my current house, and every time I go back, I regret doing so. I will not come back anymore. Do yourselves a favour and go to another Audi dealership, even if it's further.
