Poor service. I've gone here twice in the last year. Spoke to Chrystal Strocher on two occasions about them taking measurements of my countertops the next time they are in Tumbler Ridge and haven't heard from anyone since. I've now hired a contractor. He took the measurements & emailed them and then called to confirmed receipt. They have it and tell him they'll get back to him. Over a week goes by and no response. He call's and they say they didn't get the drawings. He sends them again while speaking to her on the phone. She said she would have him a quote by last Thursday. Once again, deadline is past and no response. If you can't take care of small jobs I don't know how a person or contractor is supposed to trust you with the big ones. I've gotten a quote elsewhere within 24 hrs. To wait 3 weeks is unacceptable!

Just left Coop home and Agro; was hoping to shop local. Wasn’t offered any type of customer service. Businesses wonder why locals do all their shopping else where; well if you ain’t helping that young couple looking at flooring options for their new home; why would they even bother standing around looking lost, after 4 employees walked past them without a’ hello can I help you?’. Don’t even look at you. Yeah no thanks won’t be getting my home and building supplies here anymore unless it is a last resort. Maybe home hardware will be of assistance. Trying there next.
