Giovanna and Steph have built such an amazing resource for mental and physical health. Their intake is extremely professional and caring, coupled with bespoke programs that meet my needs. I don’t know where I’d be without their resources- such as homeopathy and therapy.

I have done a few distance energy sessions with Maida and they were amazing! Not only did she take the time to establish what was going on with me before we started, she already sensed where our conversation needed to focus and gave me clear instructions on what I could do outside of our sessions to help protect my energy. Of course, the reiki we did during the session felt amazing. I left each session feeling lighter and more peaceful.I've also worked with Coach Giovanna who is amazing. She isn't just a life coach, but a certified homeopath - her approach is so wholistic. She addresses mind and body in every session. Absolutely love her!Highly recommend!!
