Absolutely love the products and the staff in the Red Deer store are always so helpful ans kind. We are switching all of our shampoos and soaps and other skin care to natural and RMSC has been one of our major go to’s. Since switching out for less chemical junk for the drug store I have not had a migraine and my daughters sensitive skin and allergies have subsided…. Seems like a no brainer! Thanks for great products and phenomenal customer service

I love this stuff, although i purchased a gift box on top of all the other gift boxes, when I got home and opened this gift box before I wrapped it, it was missing one bar of soap! I cannot give this as a gift now and I live 1.5 hours away. I don't know how this could happen.

Hated to be the person coming in right before close but was warmly welcomed as I frantically came in looking for a gift. Told the gal what I needed and she was quick to pull possible options that would fit what I needed, shared her knowledge and gave me honest feedback about what works best for what I needed. She was so patient and kind and I’ve honestly never had better customer service especially right before closing! Would highly recommend!

They’re always so helpful and so nice. I recently was in and confused between oil cleanser and cream cleanser. They were so knowledgeable and kind and explained everything so well. Love this location. Everytime I’m in I leave happy and impressed with the service. Good job Red Deer:)

This store is special. Locally made, pure ingredients - everything from soap, bath bombs, face products, shampoos and conditioners, hand scrubs etc.I use a variety of bath products for the whole family and hand sanitizers in the car - as my favs. The kids shampoo smells like root beer and doesn’t irritate the eyes if any gets in there!Swing by and try the hand scrub on your dry hands!
