I was quite disheartened when I stopped here today when my young son had to go to the bathroom. We went in and my son asked if he could get something and I said yes but he had to use the restroom first. The lady working the till asked if we were getting gas and I replied no. She then proceeded to tell me they don’t have public bathrooms. Ok that’s fine and we promptly left to go spend our money elsewhere. I understand the policy but we always buy something after using the bathroom and she had heard me tell that to my son.But she thought if we weren’t buying gas that we shouldn’t be able to use the restroom!!! That’s I will never stop here ever again wether it be for fuel or anything else for that matter

Wouldn't allow use of washroom because the store is privately owned. You're a gas station! A person stops there to get gas and take a bathroom break...This is ridiculous and disturbing as I've never had a franchised gas station decline use of the washroom. It didn't matter if we purchased anything or had young children.We refused to purchase gas at this location today because of this and won't in the future. This issue needs to be addressed.

discriminated against because I had a beardDon't recommend going here. The Asian guy was/is extremely rude. Which from my experience is usually the owner. I asked to use the washroom and I was instantly put under the impression I wasn't going to purchase anything, I was treated extremely rudely. Because I didn't purchase something before using the washroom I was considered to just be an outsider not a customer. If this is how shell continues to stand behind its owners. I will forgo my shell program and stop using thier establishments. This establishment for me, will never see any $$$ from me or my peers. As long as the owner is running that EstablishmentRemember,secret shoppers can happen anytime.On christmas of all daysThankfully for the gas station down the road. I was able to use the washroom and purchase the things I was looking to buy that I would have from this establishment

Every single time I have been to this location, the staff has been exceptional. They are very friendly. The store is also kept very neat and clean. Plus shell has the best gas.

Very disappointed with the staff been there before never been impressed once. Went there for their propane tank exchange program they charge $25.00 which is fine but they only want tanks that they don't want tanks 10 years or older unlike other programs. Considering it take $15.00 to fill a tank why would I pay $25.00 and give them a good tank and get somebody else's tank so we drove into Canadian tire exchanged the exact same tanks Shell wouldn't take for $25.00 a tank. Don't waste your time with Shell they are a joke very disappointed with the service over all and do not recommend.

I wish they had flavored carbonated water, but otherwise decent, and the lovely woman behind the till does the most adorable thing if you buy drinks in a can. I stop in now just for the nice smile and clean can of soda lol

Just plain rude people who change the price of the car wash depending on the temperature outside. It clearly says $1.25 a minute or whichever on the sign. Nothing else. I went inside to pay and was told “oh it’s cold outside so we have a $15 minimum.” All I wanted was 5 minutes there to rinse the salt etc off of my car. If you don’t want people using your car wash when it’s cold out just close it. I live in coaldale and Will never be going back. Not for anything.

I swear the gas from this station lasts longer in my tank than any other. Good beef jerky.
