They won't actually let you access your finances. On average, the online banking has been down a minimum of two days per week, and the online services usually don't work outside of the hours the branch is open. January 1st and February 1st, online banking was down, leaving two concurrent months in which paying rent became unnecessarily stressful.The good news is, if you call in, the agents WILL hang up on you constantly. This is the worst financial institution I've ever dealt with.
