I got a chip in my windshield on my way out of town, i called ahead to Valley Glass and they got me in with only a 30 minutes wait. They walked me through the ICBC paperwork to have the repair covered and the entire repair only took 20 minutes. The staff are very friendly, I highly recommend this repair shop. I will be going back here for future vehicle glass repairs or other glass products for DIY projects.

Excellent customer service, excellent job done on my windshield.*If you have comprehensive insurance (doesn't matter if you have a deductible or not) you can get up to 3 chip repairs for free billed right to ICBC.

We recently had Valley Glass do a custom floor to ceiling 12 mm Crystal glass enclosure for our new steam shower. They also replaced a large ensuite exterior window that was permanently frosted with a new clear double pane window… and they also serviced / overhauled all six of our patio doors and screens with new wheels and ensured the tracks were clean and repaired where necessary. I can literally use my pinky to open and close the 25 year old, sliding glass doors! Prior, I needed to use both hands to open and close all six doors!!!Having dealt with many other glass stores in the past, and we had obtained 5 other quotes from glass stores in Kelowna, Valley glass was not only very competitive, their service was spectacular. Derek, the service technician that came to our house to do the quotes and installs, was incredibly professional, protected our new hardwood and tile floors with the upmost care, everything looked and worked perfect the first time. He explained, and showed me issues as he discovered them.. Having just completely renovated our house. This was not the case with almost any other trade. It was so nice to see your company with such high customer service and attention to detail. That is not the majority of businesses in the valley and it’s a shame. Having lived in Toronto, Montreal, Edmonton in Calgary it was a pleasure to see a local company be competitive and Deliver extraordinary customer service. Well done!
