Daniel was very pleasant, informative and arrived on time. He fixed a kitchen faucet for which I supplied the parts and fixed 2 toilets that weren't filling properly. I was pleased with his work and he explained what he was doing as he worked through the repairs. He also made some suggestions to help me out. He cleaned up the work areas before he left. I would have no hesitation to use him again.

This was my first time calling a plumber and they were wonderful! Same-day appointment, and so friendly and helpful. I thought our toilet needed to be replaced, but Devin got it unclogged when no one else could. Wonderful service and we’re so appreciative! Highly recommend!!

We called the Pleasant Plumber for a leak in the basement caused by the toilet.. they came out a few hours later! Daniel, was excellent! So personable, knowledgeable and reassuring about what the problem could be and how it could be fixed…was a pleasure dealing with him! Within an hour the issue was fixed!Will be calling the Pleasant Plumber for any future plumbing issues!! Highly recommend them!!

Had them come out July 17, 2023 to replace old piping for our bathroom sink. Was very impressed how fast and the quality of work done was great. They even indicated what needed to be done and fixed basement plumbing. Highly recommend them. They are reasonable for their time and quality of work.

Pleasant plumber, you rock!! Let's just say that my initial introduction to this company started with a hiccup as my desired outcome wasn't achieved and potentially required intervention on my part (dry wall repair). However, upon my review of the initial product, I was quickly contacted by their office to try and mitigate the issue and make me happy (their words, not mine). Not only were they able to perform the job as I requested, but they have gone above and beyond to make sure their company will be the first one I look to call for all my plumbing needs. They hold themselves accountable for their product and yield professional results.I have nothing but praise for this company and it's employees. They were clean, prompt, polite thorough, and considerate (especially for a first time home owner like myself). I thank them for their service and won't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.I'm attaching some pictures to summarize the work done.P.s. We had frozen water pipes. As I was trying to find a plumber, I did a live chat with a representative from Pleasant Plumber. I got a call from someone who had come highly recommended from people who had also had frozen pipes, so we chose to deal with him. I did end up getting a phone call later from someone, I believe his name was Travis, making sure we were taken care of. I was very impressed and if necessary in the future, I would call Pleasant Plumber.

I called last night about a broken shower head and by early afternoon today, Barrett and Joe arrived exactly when they said they would be here. They were knowledgeable, friendly, kind and patient, clearly explaining the work they needed to do. I really appreciated that. I strongly recommend this company and in particular, these two tradespeople. Thank you for your prompt and reassuring service.

They were fantastic! Barry worked for hours to fix a multitude of issues with our kitchen plumbing. He never seemed overwhelmed, and was very polite the whole time. He arrived earlier than expected, and left the area clean when he left. We were very pleased with the work he did!

They live up to their name! They were lovely to deal with from the moment we called. We had Devon come out to help us- he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He took the time to explain the issue, and give tips for the future. The service was done in a timely, clean manner.We will never call another plumber again!
