Seriously the best place to go for my Brazilian! Super clean, organized, all the staff is so lovely, kind and sweet. Love Faye, super personable and makes you feel comfortable during your service. This was my first experience today with Serena and she’s just as amazing! Receptionist is always so nice, I haven’t got her name but she’s great. 100/10 recommend

i haven’t been here in a while, but i always go to serena for eyebrow threading and she is amazing! she makes the procedure almost painless and the environment just very welcoming. the front desk staff is great as well, they’re extremely friendly! will come back soon.

Lovely front desk staff on arrival and after payment. Salon wasn’t busy when I went, (overlapped with 2 other customers) which I enjoyed. Yes, it’s pricer compared to other nail salons but, for me, it was worth the peace of mind when it came to cleanliness of the facility/tools etc. Anna did a great job on my mani/pedi today, nails were thoroughly cleaned up and polish job was very well done. Thrilled with the service I received. Keep up the good work ladies!

I got a Brazilian done with Alijah. We all know it’s a more .. vulnerable time. However, she made me feel so comfortable, it was quick and easy. Thank you Alijah, you’re hilarious, see you in a couple of weeks!!

I have been going to Tenspot Ajax for quite some time and I decided to get the membership which allows you free services and discounts each month. If you are getting the membership I strongly suggest reading the contract in detail. My recent appointment was apparently booked a few days early and the manager did not wish to honour my membership but have me pay for my services as well as the $85 monthly fee. I am disappointed as I have never had a negative experience at Tenspot. Perhaps additional training is required for employees so that the membership rules are explained clearly. After a lengthy conversation, the manager did agree to freeze my membership and I paid as if I didn’t have the membership. I must say, however, that I absolutely love Serena and will continue going to see her! She is an amazing aesthetician and so very personable. I hope to have a more positive experience on my next visit. Lesson learned.. read the fine print!

I just wanted to start off by saying before going to the Ten Spot, I have had a lot of different people thread my eyebrows with varied experiences. I have just recently started to see Serena at the Ten Spot and WOW. Let me just say, on top of being extremely kind, welcoming, and a really good listener, I told her she has magic hands! Her threading technique has been almost painless (which is a nice change, because like I said, I have had many different experiences with threading...) and my eyebrows come out looking amazing every time. Thank you Serena for providing amazing service and I always look forward to coming in! :)

Amazing staffs. Ten spot service is outstanding. I took my mom for pedicure, it was her first time trying shellac pedi. We just loved it. Especially the hygienic environment and they keep cleaning the pedicure stations frequently.

I visited The Ten Spot Ajax today for a shellac manicure and a spa facial. It was my first time there.Jordana provided the services and she was absolutely amazing. She did such a thorough job of shaping and polishing my nails. The facial was the most relaxing and luxurious experience. My skin feels so soft and clean. Jordana was so gentle and graceful. I asked her for recommendations on products and she was very helpful giving suggestions without pressuring me to buy. She was just super professional, knowledgeable, and fantastic at her job.The spa atmosphere was calm, clean, and soothing. I will definitely be going back once a month for a facial and manicure.

First time here. Great experience. Very clean, relaxing environment and everyone was so nice and accommodating from the moment I got there.
