I bought used PS5 controller from them I was good in condition but I am not using it on daily basis so I asked to return it and they said they just give me 28% return on it it was terrible and like scame. So before buying anything from here make sure you never come back to return otherwise you will disappoint from them. If any one want to buy it from me let me know it pink in color and I used 2 hour only in last 30 days. Not game lover had to buy to make happy small child.i paid 20% tax on it as well.

There is currently a trading event where you trade your ps4 for a ps5 bundle presell. I traded my ps4 and some games and I expected to get a ps5 in few months but got it a week later. The ps5 bundle consists of a game of your choice (HFW or GT7) and an extra controller.The clerk who works there was kind to allow me to get an extra game instead of the extra controller but for the same price since I do not need an additional controller.Please be kind to the employees and you will have a good service :)

I went to pick up an online order, while I was there my son saw things he wanted. I wanted to get them for him for Christmas but since he was with me I couldn't. I then asked the young man behind the cash if he could get the item I wanted without my son seeing he said sure and put it behind the cash. I had 2 items that he helped with for me. I got to buy my gifts without my son knowing becauseof the young man. A big thank you to him for helping me and the great service!

You need to have been coming to this store for year's and years to build a nice relationship with the employees. It is amazing everytime I go in.

The staff are pathological liars when it comes to funko pop releases. Last Friday a Winter con exclusive dropped and my mother and several other waited in line only to be told on opening that they weren’t getting shipment until 1pm. Her and 3 others waited until almost 4-5pm. Yet nothing. When I called to follow up at the store they said they weren’t unsure if they’re getting it yet misleading in store customers that they are in fact getting it and making them wait long hours. Since then I’ve been following up with that store and they keep saying no shipment. When in fact I was told they got it from other sources! When confronting them on the phone as to I heard you guys receive they immediately switch up and say it’s sold out yet 2 seconds on the phone you said we never got it and every other store did. I get some drops are limited but it’s very obvious when GameStop employees are Hoarding products for themselves and resellers and making older customers wait for something they have no chance in is horrible. they make them wait for hours and then lie that they’re unsure about shipment. This is the worst drop and the product was for the thousand sunny funko pop. I’m extremely disappointed how they always lie on the phone. When did GameStop become for employees only!

This place is great, has pretty much everything you are looking for from new games too used games, fair prices on games and merchandise. They have a good amount of Zelda merchandise (decor, hats, bag pack, shirts etc...) nice and considerate staff. The store is at a great location with plenty of parking

GameStop Decarie is a shop I bring my 10 year old son to on special occasions…. We defiantly live in a time when employee shortages are felt in all service groups…. If you want to feel like the days service was costumer centric - go see Mahmoud. Thank you sir.

Came in for a PS4 to PS4 pro promo but I didn’t have a USB cable or USB stick and they tried all their best to make sure I didn’t lose all my data.They got it working and transferred.Told them it’s ok I’ll just replay all the games but they just got it all transferred!Merci Alexis, Olivier and Jean luc!!!!
