I had a driving appointment with Daniel this morning. The whole experience was amazing. Daniel explained every details about the car. You dont feel any stress during the whole process and they offered a good part change price. Highly recommended

Avoid avoid avoid.Dropped car in for regular service and it came out with more problems than it went in with. I understand things go wrong but the problem is that it’s impossible to contact them - no one answers the phone. Ever. I laugh at the owner responses below directing people to call them. How did that go for you?I paid £170 for a loose sensor in the reverse parking camera to be fixed. Told it was done only when I got home discovered the camera still wasn’t working (car was facing outwards when I collected it….)Wing mirrors also stopped folding in automatically. A setting that can only be disabled in the car’s central system, clearly turned off inadvertently during the service. Would all be trivial to solve if only someone would answer the phone.

Absolutely excellent service from Bill Hawkins at Stellantis & You in Chiswick. Needed a bigger car for growing kids and Bill sorted it all out so efficiently. He was helpful, polite and really went the extra mile - even dropped the new car off at my house. When it comes to buying my next car I will have no hesitation in returning again!

What amazing service! Since April I’ve had no display on the computer just a blue screen. Took it to EMG Croydon only to be given the run around and lied to constantly.The service I received at the west London branch was superb. Zahid was so professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. Car was booked in promptly and I was told what was to be expected moving for. Turns out to just be an update issue and a recall not a part that needs replacing as told by EMG Croydon!I was kept up to date on progress and car was ready to be collected the next day. They even cleaned it inside and out! 10/10! ( EMG Croydon -pay attention. )

Given up!In early December I gave in my car to have it checked overall. Before handing it in I asked if they work with warranty companies to which the answer was yes. After examining the car, they was supposed to get in touch with my warranty company to see whether they would cover the costs and get back to me. Haven't heard from them since! Tried calling a million times! lovely ladies tried to help get in touch with the branch, leaving messages and internal messages and flagging up my case but still no reply. Every call redirected to someone else. Even spoken to someone who gave me branch managers email- was supposed to call me an hour later, still no reply!!!Very dissapointed in the lack of contact and the careless approach to customer! Very difficult to get in touch with and ignorant!I came to them with trust, that the job will be handled correctly rather than going to a local garage. Oh the dissapointment.

I have been having issues with my car for the last few months. After visting various mechanics and spending a huge amount of money with no diagnostic results, I contacted Stellantis. I was put in touch with Kasia who provided amazing, professional and outstanding customer service!what an asset she is to your company. A big thank you to you for all your help!

I had booked an appointment for with them and got an email confirmation. Upon reaching the place, i was turned back quoting my booking hasnt been registered, though I had e-mail confirmation. I had even called a day before to confirm. Completely unreliable service center. They ruined my whole weekend

I’ve never experienced such terrible service from a car dealer. On 2 occasions now I’ve booked my car in for a work and the communication was very poor.On the first occasion I took my car in, they were meant to call back at the end of the day. Despite numerous calls and messages to them over the next week I never heard anything. I had to drive from Kent to London just to find the status of my car, only to find out they were waiting 6 weeks for the parts. So they held my car for 1 week for no reason when I could have had my car back.In Jan 2023 I took my car back for the work been done. It’s now March and I have not been contacted once, and none of my calls have been returned. I will again have to drive from Kent to London just to speak to someone.Although I love my car, the service is absolutely awful and I wish I hadn’t purchased my car from them. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my 20+ years worth of driving.

Difficult to have a worse service. I got the MOT done by them and they failed to register it correctly. Now it is 10 days that I'm calling to get this sorted without any luck. Today I was promised a home collection and no one showed up. Just pure rubbish**** Additional note after the reply:Thanks for your message, but you may have not read correctly my first review: you do not answer to any call I've done (to the number you provided). Two more calls done this morning without success. Using my name you can reach me as you have my details. I can only confirm that the service is definitively below the minimum level.
