We’re very pleased to provide a strongly positive recommendation about BCI Construction. From 2014 until 2018 BCI successfully completed a number of renovation projects on our home. BCI began with extensive work on the house front that started with removal of a leaking concrete porch, then replaced with a beautiful full front deck with glass panels, expansive picture window with opening side panels, gorgeous door with ornate glass insert, porch overhang and a curved interlock stone pathway. Further work was done to greatly improve the strength and appearance of the carport, including replacement of unattractive asphalt flooring with poured concrete. The rear of the house needed special attention to prepare it for later landscaping. A massive concrete pad was removed and replaced with a large patio of interlock stones that curve into a 12-foot octagon gazebo. We were so pleased with the work done by BCI that we later contracted for the complete renovation of our bathroom, which involved full gutting and replacement of all fixtures and addition of cabinet, flooring and porcelain tiling. We began 2018 with a major renovation by BCI of our kitchen, dining and living room areas. A separating wall was removed and a structural support beam was installed in the attic to create an open concept. New kitchen cabinets and a centre island were installed, along with provisions for a complete set of new kitchen appliances. A quartz countertop and mosaic glass tiling for the backsplash were added. Flooring throughout the open concept kitchen, dining and living room was replaced with hardwood flooring. We would not have continued to return to BCI Construction for these projects if we were not completely satisfied with the quality of workmanship and value we received at every stage. In every case, creative imagination applied by BCI converted unsightly and difficult problems into functional and very attractive opportunities. From the moment we first contracted with BCI Construction we believed we chose the right contractor for our home. We still firmly hold that view. We could not imagine using anyone else as our renovation contractor.

BCI Construction recently renovated the main floor bathroom and it looks totally different. Brad and Matt have made it look so much bigger and brighter. The old small shower was taken out and the closet from the adjacent office was used for a new bathtub. The toilet was moved as well so major renovation but I am very pleased with the updated spacious look. Cleanup at the end of the day was routine and the results of the job very impressive.

Never completed the work which was on the contract. Does not know what he is doing. (Heaven forbid you question his ability.) Do yourself a favour and stay away!

BCI Construction recently completed a waterfront build for me. I am very impressed with the quality of build, and I am complimented on the workmanship regularly from people who see my home for the first time. It was a pleasure working with Brad and Matt. They made me feel that I was part of the team, and they went above and beyond in many areas of my home. BCI was able to navigate the permit process on a waterfront build, and they were able to excavate in extremely rocky terrain. The build went smoothly and according to plan. They even helped me make wise choices on aesthetic details. I would highly recommend working with this company on your next project. They are true professionals and know their trade well.

My husband and I would highly recommend BCI construction. We had a fairly extensive renovation to our home . The reno included a brand new kitchen and bathroom as well as a full bath in our basement. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE this company, just found out they did not put shut offs under the sink for my bathroom renovation they did and the overflow for the tub was not connected back to the pipes, found that one out when we found water on the basement floor! They also put electrical under the floor in another bathroom, found that one out when we did further renovations! We also had to replace the shower floor twice because the bib floor was not installed correctly. Seriously DO NOT USE this company they have cost me thousands and thousands of dollars in repairs

Fantastic experience. Brad and Matt are real pros. Completed a very complicated ground floor renovation professionally and we are delighted with the results. They kept our property clean and were great communicators. Would recommend to anyone.
