This company was very cooperative with my particular situation. Paolo was very professional and explained things to me in a way that I could understand. Coming from a computer graphic designer background, I learned so much about waterproofing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, they are very responsible, to the point, and clean.

Very impressive communication; detailed overview relating to damages and repair expectations from the most minimal to a worst case scenario. No surprises are good and I felt Paulo’s trade skill and integrity in my home were invaluable. Job transparency was evident right up front and no extra cost items added to fatten the bill.

After speaking on the telephone with Paolo, we arranged to meet at my home, to discuss the water leak that had developed. He examined thoroughly, to see what might be the problem, explaining that water knows its' own source. Although I am attempting a less invasive method first, I know that, if I am not successful, I will contact Paolo again.After meeting with him, and as per our conversation, I would recommend Main Street Waterproofing.

After there was a big rainfall our basement drywall had got damaged and water started to leak in. We found Main St. Waterproofing on Google and gave them a call to explain the seriousness of the problem with water leaking into our house. They came right away to investigate the issue and they told us what needed to be done to fix the problem. The next day they brought their tools and fixed everything. By the time they were done, we couldn't even tell that water leaked in. Everything looked as clean as new. Amazing service!
