My first appointment with Kayla involved a very thorough assessment - she was assessing my posture as I entered her workspace! Asking very good questions she was able to pinpoint some of my longstanding issues and gave me a very effective massage focusing on the release of trigger points. Her follow-up the next day to check on me sets her apart from other providers I have experienced. I would highly recommend, especially if you are dealing with long term issues.

The best professional and knowledgeable Registered Massage Therapist I have ever been to. And I am a medical Personnel. I have never felt better.

Kayla is delightful!From the moment you walk in she is assessing you. I have never had a RMT do such a good head to toe assessment.She is knowledgeable, friendly and she is very in tune to how your body is responding to treatment and adjusting what she is doing.I would recommend her to anyone who is looking.

Highly recommend Kayla ! I used to come to her every week or twice a week. I still would be - if i had not moved away to Victoria . Kayla being an RN also means she has a very extensive knowledge of the human body . Kayla is a very good RMT and goes above and beyond for her clients. I saw huge results with my migraines with her treatments. Kayla is also just a very nice person who you will feel very comfortable and safe in her presence. The work that Kayla did on me treatment wise and identifying issues that were causing me pain, was more then I had learned from any other RMT and has been knowledge I’ve been able to articulate to my new practitioners in Victoria . If you live in Saskatoon or anywhere near it , this is the place to go. I would almost like to move back here just so I could continue to get treatments by Kayla . Run don’t walk here !
