awful customer service, sign said socks 75% off and was told byanager that it was just for there Christmas socks with no signage to justify that... will never be going back

Terrible experience. I called in first to check if they have the items I need before I placed an order online. The staff said yes they have a lot of stock IN STORE AT THE MOMENT, so I made an online order...but when time come for me to pick up (next day), they told me they only have 1 thing out of the 4 items in my order.I didn’t receive any notification whatsoever prior to that... If I didn’t call to ask if my order is ready, I would be waiting in the dark!!I understand it’s black friday, but an EMAIL NOTIFICATION informing me that I shouldn’t EXPECT ANYTHING after it previously said “available to be pick-up in Store”would be nice...Such a waste of time!!!!

There is a sign in the store that says get 10 $ off when texting this 5 gigit number..they make you texting twice to get the discount code.Some rates applied on this number.When you show it to the cashier she will will ask you to spend 40$ 1st.It's just a scam..This is not professional from their marketing team..that's why I gave them 2 stars.

Worst experience everI ordered 5 sets of Unisex Kids Matching Family Winter Bear Snug Fit Cotton PajamasThe items were shipped to me with hangers, one set was in a plastic bag, and the others have no plastic bag ( just a hanger).When I brought one set to return at The Children's Place at Outlet Collection At NiagaraThe staff insisted that the item was not bought online. She told me that all online clothes must be folder and put in a plastic bag without a hanger. The item I brought in was with a hanger, so it must be purchased at the store.Regardless of what I told her, explain to her that I ordered the Item online, and return exactly what was shipped to me, she didn’t believe me and repeated that the item must be bought at the store. She looked at me as if I am a liar. Finally, she accepted my return with a very unpleasant attitude.

Very poor customer service, an obvious lack of interest in providing basic information and failure to accept any responsibility for inconveniencing the customer. Very immature!

They are ok. The prices were ok. The staff were ok. Overall ok.

Good for a baby shower but not everyday clothing, much too expensive to use for everything

Be very careful when buying in stores, you pay for the products and they don't put them in the bag, then you go back to claim it and they tell you that you have to do a lot of procedures so that they can give it to you and they don't send it home, you have to go back for them. If I could give them 0 stars I would. In addition to their lousy customer service.

I was treated the worst by the manager. First, there were items in clearance rack that were not coming up at 60% off, then she said im oh I will honour it because it was our fault. So I was standing in line for 5-10 minutes being checked out, and she kept Messing up and I had left for 5 min to check on my kids that were in a different store and I went right back. Then I get in there and says oh I put your stuff back" I said I told you before I left. I was coming right back. So I had to find all my stuff that I had wanted again. Then she is checking me out
