Always nice to talk with Leanne about parts to order. Walt was already working on my bike getting it ready to come out of storage in Apr.

I work in Woodstock but live out of town. I ran into trouble and desperately needed help just before 5pm on a Friday. Anyone else would have probably turned me down, but Leanne and Walt were absolute saviours! The stayed open late to get me back on the road and home to my family. Amazingly kind people I won’t soon forget.

They actually do more work than what they're paid for they are so nice and polite and willing to help you in any way possible if you're looking for a good mechanic he is one that you should go to and it's rates are very very reasonable and if your problem is serious he will try to fit you in as much as he could in that time very nice and honest place

If you need a mechanic use Walt. Do NOT consider another garage lol. This place is as honest as the day is long.

Honesy work , solid reputation in Woodstock

Was recommended this business from a family member in the area as we were from out of town. We wanted to support a small business. Brakes were replaced as part of the service. A month later, problems came up with the brakes and the car was taken to the closest dealership in town as my family didn't feel safe travelling a distance to Neu-Tune. The service was found to be negligent by the service technicians at the dealership. The owner was approached privately with the issue after the brakes were repaired, pictures and a report were provided, to which he declined to take responsibility since we didn't return to him for inspection at the time of issue. We countered with the fact that we valued our safety and didn't feel comfortable travelling over a half hour to see a technician that didn't seem to provide adequate service in the first place. The issue was taken to the Better Business Bureau for resolution (this can be found on their website for more details), and the owner continued to deny responsibility. we were seeking reimbursement at first, but a simple apology would have been enough by the end of the discussion. Would not recommend.

Great service, fast and honest with good rates

Don’t trust these guys with your vehicle. They’re crooks. They give safeties out without even looking at the vehicle. You’re supposed to be able to trust the mechanic you take your vehicle to for a safety so you know you’re driving a safe vehicle. The mechanic here passed my bf’s car that had a rotted out exhaust system. It didn’t even have a catalytic converter, it had been replaced with a straight pipe. The muffler pipe rusted apart two days after she got it. She tried calling him to see if he’d do anything and he wouldn’t even bother calling him back. He’s now been reported to the MTO and will hopefully lose his license to safety vehicles. Good luck keeping your license. Absolutely disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourself.
