First time at this pharmacy today and what a great experience! I needed to get a COVID test for surgery at the last minute and the pharmacist there was very understanding and accommodating. He was also very friendly in a manner that made it feel like I was a long time customer instead of it being my first visit!The pharmacy itself was very clean and bright. It also appeared to be well stocked with all the essentials. I will definitely go there again and highly recommend giving this place a try!

Dr Terrance Chan is amazing, I had to see him to get a prescription for a vaccine. He was super thorough with his questions. He took the extra time to dig into my history to give me a well informed opinion. I wish he was taking new patients.Marwan at the pharmacy is super nice and helpful, he helped me get a last minute appointment.

Unfortunately the first part of my review will be critical of another pharmacy in Georgetown, but I must provide it as backstory to my extremely positive review of PharmaEssence Drug Mart to follow.My wife and I are from Colorado and planned a visit with our friends in Brampton. We knew we would need a particular kind of covid test and paperwork to return home. Our friend called a Georgetown pharmacy she had patronized for years. She learned it offered covid testing to suit our needs and provided paperwork the airlines would accept. After we arrived to visit our friends, I called the pharmacy and asked what I thought were the right questions and received what sounded like the right answers. We made our appointments at this pharmacy to be tested for covid.We arrived for our appointments and filled out the forms. One question on the forms was whether we had traveled outside of Canada during the prior fourteen days. We answered yes. When I asked the pharmacy tech if I had completed the form correctly, she informed us she could not give us our tests altogether! She informed us all yes" answers were immediate grounds for denial of covid testing - something I think was a likely story.The tech then told us to call 311 because it would direct us to Halton Health. Inasmuch as my phone was American

I had my first experience at PharmaEssence today and it was fantastic. The attending pharmacist was so friendly and welcoming. We were calling around desperately trying to find a PCR test and he was able to squeeze us in at the last minute. He really helped us in a difficult time. The shelves were also well stocked with a variety of products and the building was extremely clean. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I was so impressed by the excellent service on my first visit to this location. The pharmacist went above and beyond to help me out in a bad situation. I can't recommend them highly enough for the care and concern showed to me.

I popped in to PharmaEssence today asking for take-to-home covid test kit. Although it was out of stock, pharmacist took an afford to explain why and what I can do in this difficult situation. He was very friendly and caring comparing to other locations I went to where I was simply ignored since I was not buying anything.

Fantastic pharmacy. The owner/Pharmacist is knowledgeable and great at what he does. Always makes me and my family feel comfortable, never rushed or a bother. I would highly recommend PharmaEssence.

I had a wonderful experience at both the clinic and pharmacy. Every one went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Very fast, efficient service…I was in and out in no time and was treated with such kindness.

I called this location to inquire about vaccine availability for my son, while the pharmacist wasn’t able to help he was very friendly and provided excellent reasoning and explanation as to why (his delivery technic being in the arm vs thigh, which for my sons age was needed) I very much appreciated the explanation and honestly in his inexperience for my sons age group / deliver technic.
