I have been working out with Mitch twice a week for the last 3 weeks and it has been the best workouts I have ever done. I have always been more cardio focused and wanted to introduce weights into my workout, but it can be intimidating because I wasn’t always sure what to do and how to do it.Being trained by Mitch has been amazing because not only does he provide a different workout plan each and every class that truly challenges you, he demonstrates the proper form and technique and ensures you get it right throughout your workout. Mitch is also great at modifying workouts to your fitness level. He has the unique ability to push you beyond your perceived limits in the most positive way both mentally and physically and he always brings such great energy. I have left each session feeling stronger and having fun each time.Regarding the facility, the gym has a great welcoming atmosphere, it’s clean, well equipped, there are TVs, and you can pick your own music!! Everyone that I’ve had a chance to workout with have all been incredibly friendly. Thanks Mitch :)

Couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The workouts are challenging and there's a good mix of cardio/HIIT, full body, and targeted strength training. If there's an exercise that doesn't work for you, Mitch has plenty of alternatives to program for you. The atmosphere is overwhelmingly positive, and Mitch will definitely get your best effort out of you. 10/10 would recommend!

Started off with an inquiry and Mitch pitched the idea to come try a workout before signing up. That right there put me in a mindset that the guy is confident in his training and wants people that fit his style. After that first workout I was sold.I think this is week 3 now going 2x a week (Tuesday & Thursday at 6am) with Mitch. Amazing trainer, very knowledgeable, your biggest cheerleader and pushes you to work even harder. This is a man you want in your corner, so you get the most out of every workout as he won't let your coast which is what you want. PS, there were times I wanted to coast but nope heavier weights instead LOL.As I said to Mitch, he has made me once again enjoy the gym not just with him but all the other days I go. I look forward to those 6am gym sessions every day. He brings fresh routines that challenge the body and workouts I have never completed before with lots of core work which I was missing. My body feels better, and the results are following.The group of people that come in at 6am are great and everyone there is helping everyone push harder. Friendly people in the gym but all serious about the goals.Nice gym, clean, lots of equipment including the Stairmaster and great music. Well done, Mitch. Check him out, as you will be very happy you did.

Mitch is great. I have had several trainers over the years and Mitch is by far one of the best. His workouts are well planned. He makes sure you have the proper form and takes your level of fitness and any injuries into account when you are working out. He will also make you sweat and get you fit - and always with a smile and some fun.

Thank God for choosing the best coach/trainer Mitch! I have worked with him for over 8 years - He has the biggest heart and understands as I am deaf. Mitch pushed me to the hardest training ever which I loved. He gave me so many unique drills because they blended both my mental and physical aspects of becoming better. Not just a player but in your approach to anything you might face. Hard working beats talents when talent doest work hard" I stood and played against pro level in Hockey and tennis. I've been training with Mitch at 12 Fitness for almost 6 years. He's extremely knowledgeable and has trained me to a level of fitness I never thought possible. As someone with no athletic background the gym was intimidating and Mitch has made it one of my favourite places to be. Whatever your goals are Mitch can help you achieve them!

Mitch is a great trainer; I had come to him because I was struggling with my weight loss and needed some guidance and help. I've trained with numerous trainers in the past- and all have had the mindset that cardio focus training was the key.With Mitch, he's helped show me a new way of training and been mindful of my needs as a client. I've been with him over 2 months now and seen great results (9kg down). He's worked hard on my meals and explaining every workout throughout the process. Extremely patient and understanding.If you're looking for a trainer, look no further. The facility he operates is great and the community is extremely friendly.
