I had wrost experience with them because i got a car with my insurance company i gave them 300$ as a deposit also i got a protection for the car i payed 195$ for that they told me that they will give the rest of the money but I didn’t received my money.Now i tried a lot to contact with them but they didn’t respond me if they pick the call they just told me that i had sent the money to you. Fraud..They sent me an email for more information but no one reply after i sent. they are just showing to others with their email.

Very Bad and unprofessional service the manager name Mr Jean is very Rude and unprofessional and Rasist charged me $300 extra without any Reson and don't Received my call I don't take a car this location it's fraud location and fake services please be aware

One of the worst experiences ever since we came to Canada! We booked a car and confirmed through customer service that we can pay cash or via debit. My husband took a 40 mins ride to the location in order to pay and pick the car and the man inside refused to hand the car! saying we do not accept debit nor cash and he even refused to check for alternative solution to help us! Calling back the client service desk they refused to check who gave us this false info! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL ... we have been in canada for a couple of weeks only.. do you even ask travellers to give credit cards?? very unprofessional

VÉHICULE VOLÉ QUELQUES HEURES APRÈS LA POSSESSION!!! AUCUN SERVICE PAR LA SUITE!! CAR STOLEN JUST A FEW HOURS AFTER TAKING POSSESSION!!! NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER AFTWR THAT!!!THE MANAGER JEAN WILL NOT RETURN MY CALS!!! THEY PUT ME ON HOLD 4 TIMES FOR ABOUT 30 MIN EACH TIME AND THEN HANG UP!!! DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE!!!!!A ÉVITER !!!

When they gave me the rental car I noticed that there were a scratch on the roar bumper. I was about to take a photo and the employee told me no need we know it. When I returned the car they said we were not aware of that damage and told me do you have a photo OMG. They automatically claim to my insurance. It looks like a scam they do to fix their broken cars to pass the damage to their clients even though we are not responsible.I asked to talk to the manager on the phone the employee told me he is on a break, I asked to call me back, he never called me back.

This was my 3rd time renting a vehicle from this specific branch. Booking on the ap is easy and straightforward. Picking up the car was simple, quick walk around the vehicle to make sure no damage I also took pictures and off you go. Not sure why they even bother to wash" the car before
