Very bad trip.. first of all it was supposed to be a bus but they brought a Van. I get it the bus was broke but van was so congested and temperature was worst in the van. We asked the driver to lower down the heat two times as it was burning temperature but no effect. Very bad trip for so much money.

Overall, a safe ride to Calgary. I am grateful for the service for transport out of the Kootenays, however, felt a little mislead as I was under the impression that we were taking a bus, even booked a seat on said bus". To my (and other passengers) surprise

I took two rides this past week from Vancouver to Castlegar and back. I would highly recommend the service for anyone looking to visit the Kootenays. The ride was comfortable with many bathroom breaks that are needed on such a long ride. The driver was fantastic and very friendly - definitely made the trip much more enjoyable.Prior to my trip I was emailing staff with questions regarding the ride and they were very friendly and quick to email back a reply.Highly recommend this service and I will definitely be back myself!

A 10 hour bus ride doesnt sound like fun to anyone but these guys make it more of a relaxing scenic tour with a lot of pickup points along the way to get out and stretch or grab a coffee.Travelled over the Kootenay pass twice this past week and first trip Gary handled the snow covered with a trailer like it was nothing.Second trip Orion was an equally smooth operator.Professional drivers.Would definitely recommend.

Don't be like me and not read that they do NOT refund ANY tickets. Even if THEY cancel on you the night before departure!!! Literally find any other way. Very disappointed. Their compensation was to offer a 50% coupon for another trip" When I reminded them it was an error on their part

I’ve been a regular rider for sometime now and as much as I appreciate the service provided there are some serious flaws also that need to be addressed. The pickup time is at 700am and says to be early however the bus is always late and late by 20-30mins guaranteed all the time which seems to be a regular complaint. As much as I appreciate breaks to eat or go to the washroom the drivers need to be more stern on letting people know to be quick as it seems to be a free for all and In the end making a long bus ride even longer especially when people are waiting on the other end to pick up kids etc etc. I’m on a bus as we speak headed home and what a gong show it’s been turned around to travel a 1/2 hr back to Fernie as two individuals that said they had been waiting for a 1/2hr prior to pickup time and no pickup whatsoever, which in turn caused them to miss a connection to Golden and lose their hotel booking now they are stranded in Cranbrook for two days and hotel accommodations out of pocket pretty big $&@“ up and I would be making the company take care of all costs involved as likely it was a communication error somehow on their part these individuals also stated when trying to contact the site they didn’t get back to them right away and got an answering service. Again the service is great but a lot of unprofessional business flaws in this service that need to be fixed that probably will get worse before it gets better.

What an incredible company. Mike is top notch! I’m so grateful for this bus service.

I give the one star, it does not even deserve one, yesterday I find hard to move my three heavy luggage and i late 10 minutes because of that and did not able to catch the bus and they even did not last call or remember to customer or wait, I am new in Vancouver and not able to understand map location exactly and but terribly they do not provide refund. I have to suffer a lot as I m single person carrying heavy luggage.Not recommended at all.

I experienced my first ride after Christmas because the airport had been shut down due to snow. Yes, the bus was a bit late BUT the driver made up for the fact we had some serious roads to overcome and he (Gary) was completely comfortable with the conditions. Yes it took longer than I had thought, but we made it safe and sound to YVR. The passengers were great, no disturbances and you could have heard a pin drop during parts of the trip. Thank you for providing transportation where no one else does. Please pass on a big thank you to Gary. Since my family lives in Nelson and I live in Edmonton there will be no hesitancy to use your service in the future............... Happy New Year to all of you!
