First year of having WNY Awning do our install for the season, and everything went great. Very nice guys who did very good work. Awning looks great! Communication leading up to the date was excellent. They even showed up an hour sooner than expected! They will be doing our takedown in September as well. Highly recommended!

For everyone waiting for their awning to be installed:We were told our awning could not be installed for 3-5 weeks by the leading awning company in WNY. Also, could not talk to a human or even leave a voicemail and get a return call. Decided to pick up our awning and install ourselves. For this we were charged $35.00.Heard about Bill's company on WYRK. Gave him a call and he answered the phone and spent time explaining his service and answering all of my questions. Quoted a reasonable price and had our awning up within 3 days of our request. He even agreed to drive from Niagara Falls to Arcade, about 60 miles.Bill did a beautiful job. He will not disappoint.Thank you Bill!
