I purchased this massage gun for my son two years ago, and as of late it has not been holding a charge. I contacted customer service to inquire about purchasing a new charging cord, and they just sent me a new massager and charging cable at no charge. Great customer service, highly recommend this company.

Picked up a XFitOnWay massage gun yesterday from their store front on 4th St. NE here in Calgary. Sales guy was knowledgeable and let me make the decision without pressure. After using this professional model for 24 hours I'm impressed. Its quiet and powerful... charged in a two hours from 20% battery level. Usage style will likely depend on how fast the battery discharges... I used it for on my legs on level 3, out of 5 for 30 minutes and it dropped to 85%.

The massage gun itself accomplishes everything it needs to. Different attachments, speeds etc. But this companies customer service is outstanding. My first gun had an issue with charging, I was sent a replacement immediately after speaking with the online chat. A while later my gun stopped working, and again they replaced it without any hassle and they were true to their word. You don't get that kind of customer service anywhere and for that they deserve all the stars!

I purchased a few of these massage guns for xmas 2 years back. Recently one of them has stopped working due to battery issue. I contacted the company and their customer service is phenomenal. They just sent me another one at no charge. Definitely the best customer service i have ever received. Highly recommend this massage gun company and will also be letting all my friends and family know!
