Jackson Square

The security guards are great and they will protect your stuff from anybody to steal it. I don’t like Jackson Square, at the beginning but since I got used to it, I’m giving it a four-star rating.

I love indoor malls, as a-posed to the outdoor strip malls they have now! Jackson square has a great variety of stores, restaurants, bars, banks, liquor store. They also have an awesome market. Fresh vegetables, fruit, meat, desserts, flowers and home made soups, pies etc. Definitely worth checking out.

I recently visited Jackson Square Mall, and I have to say that it was a huge disappointment. The mall feels like a ghost town, with random shops and brands that are not very exciting. To make matters worse, none of the restaurants in the mall are any good, and the food court has the worst selection of fast food chains I've ever seen. The food at Jimmy the Greek was overpriced and inedible, and Burger King was equally bad. The mall itself is soulless and lacks any charm or character. To top it all off, there were smokers smoking right next to the entrances, which made the experience even worse. Overall, I would say that Jackson Square Mall is a complete waste of space, and I would not recommend anyone to visit it.

It's okay. Didn't really have anything I couldn't find at home in Toronto . Washroom is awful. Like porta potti bad.

First time visiting this underground mall in Hamilton. This place has just about everything, there is underground parking too. Enjoyed exploring the mall while the weather was cold and windy.

I can't find another way to do this, so it's gonna be a Google review I guess.This Monday (May 1) I tripped and fell on the stairs here. Totally my own fault, no safety issues with the building. The security guards who responded were WONDERFUL. An ambulance was called immediately, and they were very professional in applying first aid and staying with me while I waited for the ambulance to arrive. The training is clearly exceptional, and I felt safe and respected the whole time. Thank you to those men!

Where to begin when talking about Jackson Square...it is somewhere between a sad 1980s mall meet a shelter. Unlike traditional shopping malls with the big multi national department stores, as anchors of shopping pride, Jackson Square has instead a grocery store here that holds this mall together - Nations. From there other highlights include a Dollarama, access to the public library, a hotel, and an LCBOthe disappointment here. On the upside there is the world famous Levity Comedy Club and lounge upstairs which is the only reason to be here. When Levity is not serving up laughs- a walk through the mall may offer that on its own merit. Or leave you terrified. Also, This is a mall closes too early every day of the week- When it feel like the mall should not be opened at all.

Jackson square and it’s employees are great, the farmers market and library are beautiful. It need more businesses at no fault of the mall. The population of undesirable people causes catastrophic damages to the mall’s businesses, be kind to the employees here as you have no idea the things they deal with on the daily
