TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I had very satisfied experience with TD's service for the past 23 years even sometimes at different branches until this financial advisor, Shaminder Purhar, overly pushing to get her job done. As a customer, I already stated very clearly to her that I am fully aware with my own business and will contact her when I am ready before the due date. Phone calls+++++, I don't think she understands respect is part of good service. Totally ruined my good impression with TD.

Went into TD today and had a very pleasant and easy experience with the branch manager Sarah Ing! She followed up on everything, gave much needed credit card expertise, and was extremely friendly. If you happen to come into contact with her, be prepared to smile and have your day made. You’re awesome Sarah!

I’ve been with TD for years but their customer service made me think of changing the banking to the others after the experiences with this branch.It was actually nice going there first, people were clear and felt welcomed.So I requested to switch my credit card to another one in person. Even though there were some problems within the process which was very inconvenient, I was told that I will receive new card soon.While I was waiting, I noticed that TD app was showing me my new credit card on the app, so I assumed that they have received the card already but I waited them calling me as I was told.I kept using my old card with no problem and that would work until I activate my card by myself as I was informed, but my card was declined this morning. I wondered why it was, and finally received phone call from the bank saying my card is ready to be picked up.Asked the teller why that happened and he told me that ‘yes it would be declined because we switched the product’. Ok then why I was not informed that? I was told it’ll be ok until I activate it. Or could you not wait until I come to the branch? Because it was my only credit card and I believe they need to inform the customer if there will be any issues within the process.I asked him questions to know the situation better but he did not give me any answers then told me ‘not really sure’.I won’t be upset if they explain why and how that happened clearly because I know people makes mistakes. But his attitude from the beginning to the end was not changed even though he told me to do better. He was not listening to understand what I’m trying to ask. It was truly disappointing.I think it would be best if the training procedures are checked because I feel this is an issues that shouldn’t even happen in the first place.

Good service when you open account, horrible service when you got problem, canceled my card. Wouldn’t coming again.

This is my bank since i got here in Canada. Its been 12 years now and service is always great. Always good for banking.

This branch has always been pretty welcoming and kind compared to some other ones so that’s appreciated.

I recently went into the local branch to do some regular banking. Judy was so helpful and managed to lower some of my banking fees based on my banking history. She went above and beyond to help me especially during these tough financial times to help save me some extra money. I really appreciated her kindness as well as all the safety protocols TD has put in place to keep their employees and customers safe. Thank you Judy and everyone at the Como Lake Branch.
