Stacy was awesome. Within 5 minutes of answering the phone, she had exactly what I needed (30 × 60" glass table top) written up and paid for. Then a nice young man carried it out to my car on day of pickup. Very friendly and professional business. Thank you."

Very dissatisfied with service, had them come to my business and fix door. Wasn’t there a half hr and the door worked worse than before. Very expensive. Called in and complained and the person who I talked to was very rude. Ended up getting another company to come fix door after hrs and it was three times less the price and works great. When I called again to complain was told they charge this rate across the board and will tell the owners of my concern. Never heard back from anyone. I would give them a 0 rating if I could.

Had a window smash out.... Didn't want to do an emergency call out after hours so I called before they opened this morning.They called me shortly after they opened and had someone at my house super fast....My window was replaced by 130pm!!!The lady on the phone was super friendly and handled my freak out really well!The gentlemen that came to replace it was super friendly and really great to deal with!!!!Definitely 100% would recommend then to anyone!!!

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Gave us no service at all, and when we had to reschedule the estimate she was extremely rude on the phone. I’d gladly pay 10x more from another company then deal with these rude people

I would never get yous to do my windows you can't even get an estimate out in over a week then you have enough nerve to say you pick out clients so I guess if the job is small you don't do and as for being a so called owner Tim or Jim you have alot to learn about customer service . And I'll let every one of my friends and there friends know not to definitely don't call you
