Great place and best customer service. Got my vehicle in quickly assessed my concerns and didn’t overcharge or fix things that didn’t need it! Vacuum and car wash didn’t hurt either. Definitely will be back with our vehicle and awesome they are a full service shop and not just tires.

GRiP was very good to me! Friendly, prompt and professional.I went in with a chunk of steel jammed in my tire and a reset needed for my TPMS sensors. Turned out a repair was not needed, as it did not pierce all the way through, and they didn’t charge me for the reset! Good stuff! I would definitely recommend!

Made time out of their day to assess my brakes, I was from out of town and they took that into consideration to squeeze me in right away. Gave a full report on the issues with my vehicle, and their inspection report was much lower than I anticipated.

I recently brought my vehicle in to have the air condition checked and recharged. They were amazing and went above and beyond. They also washed and vacuumed it which I wasn't expecting. It also cost me less than Ithought it was going to be. I highly recommend them!!

Their service advisor Jordan was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He made booking my service easy and convenient. I brought my vehicle in to have my summer tires changed over. The price was great and they washed and vacuumed my car too! Definitely 5 stars!

We were towed in as our car would not start. It was looked at immediately and it was repaired and we were back on the road in about an hour! Excellent service! Highly recommend these guys!Plus the cost was under $200.00!

My car had intermittent stalling and trouble starting for 3+ months. I took it to another service provider 4 times with no solution (quite tricky due to no warning lights, diagnostics was difficult).I was referred to Precision Auto by a friends husband who then referred me to GRiP as I needed in quickly.Within a few hours Don had diagnosed a problem with my crank shaft sensor. After months of problems and anxiety driving my car, the problem seems to be fixed! Time will tell if there’s something else causing the issues, but I now have confidence that it is or will be fixed by Don at GRiP.Thank you for alleviating SO much stress and putting trust back in my vehicle!

Went in for a tire rotate/balance and overall check up. They found some things that need to be done. (nothing unexpected)They had me all sorted out same day and cheaper than they quoted.
