Anytime I need to return something, the staff and management is incredibly difficult. To the point that I have to leave and visit another location to get any actual customer service. I will avoid this location at all costs in the future.

The best customer service in Home sense. I love this store. Can get all great home products. Easy to find items. I bought this beautiful vase for my dinning. Totally loved the flowers and the vase. This store is located in a prime location and easy to visit other stores nearby. This store has a lot of parking structure. This store is open till evenings on sundays its a very good thing. I would visit again!

This Homesense is one of my favs. Really large store and they have a big selection of things. Lots of traffic here so you know that they’ll get more stuff in frequently. Only problem is… you gotta decisive with your purchase or it’s gone!

I gave it a five-star because of the woman that served me she was so kind and so helpful with all the people that were there this weekend it was full but she took her time and when she saw that I couldn't find what I was looking for she also offered to go to the back which doesn't have them very often anymore and she asked me to go to another store because they did not have it thank you for your service and your kindness I wish I knew your name

The whole process took a long time from buying the items to coming back and picking them up.I asked for help on the floor for the bigger items I got “yes” from the staff and then no help.checking out took a while with all the tickets to fill out.I return 20 mins later and they move all the items to the back and make me wait again. Inefficient process and staff not really moving in a that I could call productive L.Made it seem like I was creating work for them.

Overall one of the nicer locations. Friendly staff and new inventory every few days. A bit small in area, the aisles can be challenging to negotiate especially when crowded.
