Typically very slow service. Staff enjoys small talk with clients while holding up lines. Very difficult to do business with, have escalated situations to branch managers more than once and still treated poorly. After banking with TD almost 20 years I left them this year.

After only a few days of receiving my card in the mail, I will be closing my account. It is clear support hasn't a clue how to provide service. The disregard for my service and disrespectful attitude is more then enough for me to choose an alternative! Do not bank here, you'll quickly be regretful!

The worst branch i have ever been too.. They have zero knowledge of what they are doing and poor customer service skills..I need to get a cheque deposited into my account but all my money was going on hold according to them but i have been to another branch and got the cheque cleared at the same time..

Staff is very slow. I don’t understand why they never take calls and ask to leave message then say that will contact in 1 business day. We are dealing money and can’t wait.

The staff left me for 15 mins, I just asked him to printed me my balance receipts, and I just asked 1 question and it took him to answer me back for 5 mins and end up nothing they can do!! Poor service !!!!

Took my special needs daughter there to replace a card. She was grilled. Despite producing phone numbers, personal info, even a card pin, and even recognized a staff person whose son she went to school with, she was treated like a criminal. And yes, we are POC.

Very bad service, I am waiting in last 20 minutes in business service line , they don't have care of customer, no body assistant , why are you get monthly fees for business account if you can't give the service.

After waiting for more than 10 minutes, I was finally told that the business services are closed. And to top it off, they expect me to stand in the back of another queue with about 15 people ahead of me. ridiculous!
