Pinawa Unplugged

This was so fun! I cannot explain how beautiful & relaxing the float is. I will be back! The company Pinawa Unplugged was fabulous. They responded to all my questions prior to booking. The staff were so incredibly helpful when we arrived. They made our first experience very easy and helped carry the floats even right down to the water! I was so impressed with how polite they were. Everything was just great! When I go again I will be booking with Unplugged! Thanks again!

This was AWESOME!!! I have heard about floating in Pinawa for years and wanted to try it. I looked at both companies and ended up choosing Unplugged because of the comfortable tubes. And I will definitely be sticking with them! The service was great, the tubes comfortable, the cooler tube an excellent addition, and the paddles were very helpful. My only comment would be if there were longer paddles available for those on the bigger size. Otherwise, EPIC! It was raining at the start but the rain didn't impact the mood at all. The sun came out about halfway through, though the overcast skies were perfect as well. By the end of our 2.5 hour float, all of our group was down for heading back to the beginning and going again. It was sooooooooooo fun! We will be back again this summer for sure!

One of the top outdoor activities in Manitoba. This is our third year at the Pinawa channel and we constantly rebook with Pinawa Unplugged. This company provides the guest with everything, all the guest needs to do is show up. The tubes are comfortable and durable, I never feel unsafe on them. They also offer a complimentary shuttle so guests can float all the way to their vehicles, no major walking is necessary! The black flies are pretty bad this year, yet Pinawa Unplugged was courteous enough to spray us down with bug spray before our float. We really appreciated that. Renting a tube is around $21 which is great value as the float is anywhere between 2.5-3 hours. It is also good to know that Pinawa Unplugged offers complimentary Cooler Tubes that can latch onto a guest's main tube, which makes it easy to bring coolers full of drinks and snacks on the float. We will definitely be back again next year. Cheers!

We had a great time for the past two years with unplugged. The big group tube was really fun and perfect for kids! The staff were extremely accommodating when I made a mistake with the reservation and could not have been nicer. We’ll be back soon!

Rented 2 kayaks. 3 hours is enough to do a loop around Hind Island. Recommend.

This was my first time using Pinawa Unplugged, It was absolutely amazing. The staff was very informative at explaining everything, the rental experience was easy & the price wasn't bad -- the overall structure of the tubes you get were great and sturdy & they came with a paddle. A very nice relaxing way to spend a few hours floating down the channel.

Great scenic raft down the river channel for my family. The rafts were great, easy to maneuver with the paddles, and comfortable. Our leisurely tour took 2.5 hours, but it was a great day with good scenery. so we didn't want to rush it.

It was an absolutely awesome family day for young and old alike. The young people looked after the tube rentals were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The tubes we rented were roomy and very comfortable. The young people even met us at the end and kindly assisted us unloading the kids and coolers. Great days entertainment, will definitely be back.

We had a blast! We rented the individual tubes and floated down the channel. It was our first time and definitely will not be our last! The scenery was magnificent, the water fairly calm, and the adventure amazing. We started with our tubes linked but found it easier to maneuver as individuals. There was a bit of a breeze, so we ended up going in circles for a while, but that was part of the adventure! By the end of it, we were pretty good at using our paddles to get where we wanted to go. We would definitely recommend it! It took us about 2.5 hours to complete the channel (as we learned to paddle), but next time I plan to take my time and even spend some time meditating while floating! It was soooo majestic! Thanks for the adventure!

We had an awesome time on the channel, floating the afternoon away. Sue and her friendly staff made it super easy and worry free. And the floaty things are way comfy. Highly recommended!
